#ElonMusk #JeffreyEpstein #EpsteinCase
Shocking revelations surface during a high-stakes House testimony by Kash Patel, where questions about Elon Musk’s alleged links to Jeffrey Epstein's death shook Washington. As conspiracy theories swirl online, today's session aimed to uncover whether powerful tech and political elites were involved in Epstein’s suspicious prison death.

Kash Patel, a former Trump official, was grilled on the stand after claims emerged that private communications, travel logs, and surveillance data could suggest Musk’s name was linked—either directly or indirectly—to Epstein’s infamous network. While no official charges or confirmation exist, this explosive testimony has ignited global curiosity and outrage.

Is Elon Musk involved? Was there a broader cover-up? And how deep do the connections run between Epstein, politics, and tech giants?

00:0017th, 2025, record low crime during the Biden-Harris administration.
00:07Without objection.
00:07Also, Joe Biden is correct that violent crime is near a 50-year low, which was a PolitiFact
00:15publication of May 2024. And last but not least, a FBI releases 2024 reported crimes
00:26in the nation statistics. These are FBI statistics published on August 5th, 2025, which details
00:37decreases in murder, rape, aggregated assault, and robbery in 2024.
00:43Without objection. Gentleman from Kentucky is recognized for unanimous consent.
00:48Mr. Chairman, I ask unanimous consent to submit two sets of documents. The first is a series
00:53of emails from the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. They are making FOIA requests to get their
00:59own FBI files and not having any success. So I want to bring attention to that by submitting
01:04that to the record. The second document that I want to submit to the record, for the record,
01:11I know we don't usually read these. This one's not readable. It's completely redacted.
01:18For the most part, the first 50 pages. This is actually the search warrant that was served
01:24on James O'Keefe for a diary that he had already given to the government two months before.
01:31And as it turns out, there were no indictments here. Yet, he still doesn't know why he was
01:36raided. And I think he deserves to know.
01:39Without objection.
01:41The chair now recognizes the gentleman from California.
01:43Director, the first time you saw Donald Trump's name was in the Epstein files.
01:48Did you close the files or keep reading?
01:54I have reviewed not the entirety of the files.
01:57So you haven't reviewed all of the Epstein files?
02:00Personally, no.
02:01You're the director of the FBI. This is the largest sex trafficking case the FBI has ever been a part of.
02:07Buck stops at the top. And your testimony today is you have not reviewed all the files.
02:12What I've been doing is been busy providing the safest country this country has seen in modern U.S. history
02:17in historic speed because the men and women in the FBI are given the resources to reduce the homicide rates,
02:22to reduce the drug trafficking rate, to reduce the amount of children that are being trafficked.
02:27And the number of people that we address is record high.
02:27Well, it sounds like those children being trafficked would appreciate the director reviewing the files.
02:31You said you don't know the number of times Trump's name appears in the files.
02:35So it could at least be a thousand times. Is that right?
02:39The number is a total misleading factor.
02:42We have not released anyone's name.
02:44We have not released anyone's name in the Epstein files that has not been credible.
02:48Director, it could at least be a thousand times.
02:49We have released every piece of legally permissible information.
02:53You can characterize the numbers however you want it.
02:55You claim you my time, director.
02:56It sounds like if you don't know the number, it could at least be a thousand times.
03:01It's not. It's not.
03:02Is it at least 500 times?
03:03No.
03:04Is it at least 100 times?
03:05No.
03:05Then what's the number?
03:06I don't know the number, but it's not that.
03:08Do you think it might be your job to know the number?
03:11My job is to provide for the safety and security of this country.
03:14My job is not to engage in political innuendo so you can go out to the sticks and get your 20-second hit in your fundraising article.
03:21Keep going, reclaiming your time, because the people of California are being underserved.
03:26By your representation.
03:27If the president is not implicated, why not release everything that involves.
03:30We have released everything, the president and anyone else's side, that is credible and lawfully be able to be released.
03:37Your fixation on this matter and baseless accusations that I'm hiding, child pedophiles, is disgusting.
03:44Anyone that says that needs to look at the stats alone.
03:46And go back to the state of California, who's receiving the biggest surge in FBI resources through my redeployment,
03:52because the cities of Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco need it.
03:55Director, remembering your oath to tell the truth, did you ever tell Donald Trump his name is in the files?
04:01I have never spoken to President Trump about the Epstein files.
04:05Did you ever tell the Attorney General that Donald Trump's name is in the Epstein files?
04:10The Attorney General and I have had numerous discussions about the entirety of the Epstein files and the reviews conducted by our teams.
04:16Did you tell the Attorney General that Donald Trump's name is in the Epstein files?
04:19And we have released where President Trump's name is in the attorney's files.
04:21It's a simple question.
04:22Did you tell the Attorney General that the President's name is in the Epstein files?
04:25During many conversations that the Attorney General and I have had on the matter of Epstein, we have reviewed.
04:31The question is simple.
04:33Who can be?
04:34Did you tell the Attorney General that Donald Trump's name is in the Epstein files?
04:39Yes or no?
04:40Why don't you try spelling it out?
04:41Yes or no.
04:42Use the alphabet.
04:43Yes or no?
04:44No?
04:44A, B, C, B, E, F?
04:46Don't want to do it?
04:46It sounds like you don't want to tell us.
04:48Did you tell the Attorney General that Donald Trump's name was in the Epstein files?
04:51Why don't you try serving your constituency by focusing on reducing violent crime in this country
04:56and the number of pedophiles that are legally covered in sanctuary cities in California?
05:02I'll work with you on that.
05:03Do you want to work with us on that?
05:05I belong to a gentleman from California.
05:07Did you tell the Attorney General that Donald Trump's name is in the Epstein files?
05:11The question has been asked and answered.
05:12You have not answered it and we will take your evasiveness as a consciousness of guilt.
05:17Director, did Donald Trump ever say to you, just find and release the entire truth?
05:22Don't worry if I'm in it.
05:24The instructions from the administration were to release all credible information and we have done that.
05:29Did Donald Trump ever provide information about Jeffrey Epstein as an informant?
05:34Donald Trump has not been and I can only speak for the FBI, an informant of the FBI.
05:38So Director, you've played this cute shell game where you say you can't release everything
05:42because the court has said that it legally is not allowed to be released.
05:47But the court calls bullshit.
05:49Judge Richard Berman said that when you went to the court, quote, information contained in the Epstein grand jury transcripts pales, pales in comparison to Epstein investigation information and materials in the hands of the Department of Justice.
06:05So let's move on, Director.
06:08You wrote a book called Government Gangsters.
06:10You identified 20 individuals in that book.
06:13You put me on that list at the top of the list.
06:16My children find it flattering.
06:1820 of those individuals have been investigated or have had adverse actions.
06:23Director, considering that you have identified these people as, quote, government gangsters,
06:27will you recuse yourself from making any investigation decisions about these individuals?
06:32Anyone that has been terminated at the FBI has been done so.
06:35No, no, the question again.
06:36Because they fail to meet the muster in their constitutional obligation.
06:38I will work on the audiovisual capabilities.
06:40I'm going to borrow your terminology and call bullshit on your entire career in Congress.
06:45I'm reclaiming my time, Director.
06:45It has been a disgrace to the American people.
06:47You can reclaim your time all you want.
06:49Mr. Chairman, you're going to allow a witness to speak this way?
06:52Mr. Chairman, will you recuse yourself, Director?
06:55The gentleman has no time to admit it.
06:57Mr. Chairman, would you admonish the witness not to insult members?
06:59The gentleman has no time.
07:00The committee will remember.
07:02Quick point of order.
07:03Could the gentleman be extended an additional 20 seconds to complete his thoughts since the
07:08witness decided to interrupt him continuously?
07:10And the witness will be able to respond if he wants.
07:12We'll make sure he has time to do that.
07:13My question is, will you, Director, recuse yourself, yes or no, from investigating or making
07:19decisions about the 60 individuals, including myself, that you identified as government gangsters?
07:24Yes or no?
07:25Time of the gentleman has expired.
07:27The witness may respond if he would like.
07:28And the answer was no, as I heard.
07:31Correct.
07:32Okay.
07:33The gentleman from Wisconsin, the gentleman yields back.
07:35The gentleman from Wisconsin is recognized for five minutes.
07:37Thank you, Chairman.
07:39Thank you, Director Patel, for being here today.
07:41I wanted to talk a little bit about the assassination of Charlie Kirk and the FBI's subsequent investigation.
07:50I know it's really sensitive.
07:52And, you know, you can make the call as to whether or not, obviously, it's something that
07:57you can respond to.
07:58But I think it's still fresh on many people's minds.
08:01I want to congratulate you and Utah law enforcement for the work you did in identifying the suspect
08:09and apprehending him.
08:12According to public reports, and I think this is what maybe it's – I still have questions
08:18about and maybe the public does.
08:20According to public reports, the alleged shooter arrives on the Utah Valley University campus
08:26nearly four hours before the shooting.
08:29Was that your understanding?
08:31Is that kind of –?
08:32I'll let the public reports reflect themselves.
08:35I don't have the exact timeline.
08:36Okay.
08:36So we don't have any idea, kind of, his prep or how he set up or how he utilized that time
08:42when he first showed up on campus?
08:44All of those are being currently investigated through our cell phone analysis and through
08:48our witness interviews.
08:49And the state of Utah has now announced charges seeking the death penalty against his suspects.
08:53So we're a little limited in what we can continue to say.
08:55Sure.
08:56I understand.
08:57And the suspect, like you referred to, is then captured on security footage, jumping
09:01off press nine if you're thinking of leaving us, or press hashtag here's options again.
09:06For members of Congress, especially after Butler and Pennsylvania, it's just unimaginable
09:13that there could be some type of security breakdown prior to an event of that size where somebody
09:19could access a rooftop.
09:21So not commenting on the case, but having gone to the crime scene and walked the steps that
09:26we believe were taken, the roof was actually readily accessible through an exterior,
09:31stairwell, so anyone could have gotten on it.
09:34Okay.
09:35Okay.
09:39The suspect flees on foot to kind of this wooded area where he drops the rifle, wraps it in a
09:46towel, and then proceeds to his staged vehicle and basically drives home.
09:52So do we have any idea what the towel was about?
09:55Was it used later to identify a place where the firearm was left?
09:59What we can tell you is the towel, there was a screwdriver found on the rooftop, which DNA
10:05was collected off of, and the towel was found wrapped around the firearm in question in a
10:11wooded area next to the campus.
10:12All have been processed for DNA.
10:14And then according to the suspect's roommate, there were allegedly messages on instant messaging
10:23platforms, specifically Discord, suggesting the towel may have been used to identify that
10:28weapons location.
10:29So the public reports have suggested that the shooter acted alone.
10:34Do we still believe that that's true?
10:36Do we have any idea as to whether or not those Discord messages led us to believe that the
10:44shooter may have had help in any way or assistance?
10:47I can only speak to the FBI's investigation, and our investigation is ongoing, and we are
10:52interviewing any of those individuals involved in that chat and other individuals in the area.
10:57Very good.
10:58And if, so my suggestion, if there are accomplices, I'm sure this is something that the FBI is going
11:06to continue to investigate fully and thoroughly into the future.
11:11Yes, sir.
11:12The reason I ask that is because I don't know that that was necessarily the case with Butler,
11:17Pennsylvania.
11:18So thank you so much for your persistence kind of in this matter.
11:22There's still a lot of public questions that need to be asked.
11:26Let me shift to another topic very quickly.
11:30On July 31st, 2025, the DOJ and the CIA declassified the annex to Special Counsel John Durham's 2023
11:38report on Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
11:42The 29-page Durham annex...
