00:54of U.S. backstop
00:55to any security guarantee
00:57of Ukraine
00:59that is provided by the Coalition of the Willing
01:02will be necessary.
01:04So I'm encouraged by the
01:07most recent
01:08reinforcement of U.S. intent
01:14that the President's comments
01:15indicate.
