00:00I have to ask you what you make of the scrutiny that Graeme Potter finds himself under at the moment.
00:05Well I never think it's correct when managers come under any great criticism.
00:10I would always look to protect them. Graeme Potter's an excellent manager.
00:13I mean, his record at Brighton and getting the Chelsea job.
00:16You don't get those jobs unless you've got something in your quality of management.
00:23Obviously he's probably finding it quite difficult at the moment,
00:26but overall he's an excellent manager and I've got no doubt he'll be a success.
00:31Can you give us an insight into the job?
00:32You obviously made a success because you delivered a major trophy in your time.
00:36How difficult a job is it?
00:37Yeah, but this business doesn't mean that everybody can deliver a trophy.
00:41It's not that.
00:42It's a business where the majority of managers don't.
00:45There's lots of managers every weekend.
00:47Loads of managers go home unhappy, disappointed because their team didn't win or didn't get a result.
00:52That's part of being a football manager.
