00:00Finally Thomas, the Together Against Suicide campaign starts this weekend.

00:04Every 90 minutes someone takes their own life.

00:07How important is that we all look out for each other

00:09and what can football do to help with mental health?

00:13Yeah, I think we definitely need to help each other and look after that.

00:18That's a bad stat and there's another stat that one in four is considering committing suicide,

00:24which is else bad, so we need to help.

00:31I'm very happy that this campaign is going on.

00:34I know it's very important for Vinay, our CEO.

00:38I think in general, for me as well, I think suicide is the worst you can do,

00:43but before that there's a lot of steps where you may be mentally not in a good place

00:48and we all know it's all about speaking to people

00:51and if you don't have anyone in your closest network,

00:55you reach out to the helpline or to a little community

01:00because we need to help, we need to speak

01:03and we speak openly about it.
