02:44the win towards my team.

02:46And I think that's all was going through my mind and just wanted to deliver for my team.

02:51Now an opening stand of 105 with a good friend of yours in Shubham and Gail, it almost seems

02:56like your approaches dovetail quite nicely with each other.

02:59Of course, we have been playing since school days so we enjoy each other's country really

03:04well.

03:05And the way we started I thought that we are going to do this in one of the game and

03:09that's how we are going to start our partnerships and luckily it was today.

03:25How much of planning does that go into and does that ever change for you?

04:16Yeah obviously we are yet to play a perfect game but yeah we are getting there and I think

04:24We batted really well and I think when it's come to bowling I think in the power play they

04:27took the game away from us.

04:29Before this it's probably the batting that let you slightly down.

04:32What did you make of the target 171 maybe you could have gotten a few more that middle

04:36area or middle period still a little bit of concern?

04:38Yeah the way we were like after 10 hours we could have got like 10-15 more runs but yeah

04:43it is that kind of wicket like if you score 170-180 it is a good total.

04:48But yeah the way they batted in power play I think that's where the game goes.

04:52Now you talk about bowling, now bowling also seemed like you used 4-5 bowlers very quickly.

04:58Is there a formal sort of strategy that comes in or it's almost about thinking as the game

05:03goes along for you?

05:04No it's just like is this the right person at the right time and if the bowlers are

05:08going for runs you need to change as soon as possible it's a T20 game you just have

05:12to make quick decision that's what it is.

05:14Now some positives of Farhan with good runs, Fakhar got off to a flyer the opening stand

05:18working for you.

05:19Sri Lanka the next game in Abu Dhabi a surface that will suit your style of play?

05:23I think there is a lot of positive the way Fakhar batted, the way Farhan batted and the

05:27way Harry bowled I think there is a positive and even Fahim bowled really well.

05:32So there is a positive and we are looking forward for Sri Lanka it's a different challenge obviously

05:35and it's going to be different condition as well.

05:37Yeah we show all the very best for that important game in Abu Dhabi.

06:50I think the boys showed a lot of character composure they were calm after first innings and the

06:55first 10 overs I told the boys during drinks as well the game starts now and the way they

06:59reacted everyone on the field and all the bowlers I think it was commendable.

07:03It's not often you see Jaspreet Prima go for runs but Shivam Dhubay stepping up is almost

07:07becoming a routine optional bowler if required.

07:10That's completely fine he's not a robot even he will have a bad day someday but the way

07:15he comes back in every game after that is really important and very happy.

07:20The way Shivam Dhubay came out, raised his hand and bailed us out in that situation.

07:25Now the target obviously north of 1-70 and you required a great opening stand and you got

07:30that from Abhishek Sharma and Shubhangil must have been really pleased.

07:33I think they compliment each other really well it's like a fire and ice combination.

07:38The way Abhishek compliments Shubhangil's batting is amazing and it's very enjoying to

07:45watch both of them bat together and the way they did today I think it was required for

07:48someone to bat at least till 10-12 overs and give us that strong base and they did the

07:53same thing.
