00:33Yet, Venezuela persists with unilateral laws

00:41flagrantly violating international law,
00:44the UN Charter and the very principles
00:47that sustain global order.
00:51If the rights of a small state can be trampled upon
00:55and legally binding orders ignored,
00:59what protection remains for any nation
