David Corenswet’s Superman Curl Was All Natural #shorts

As if he wasn't already the perfect Superman, David Corenswet shares how (both) his characters' hair are his natural locks.

00:00Oh no, that's natural. That's what my hair, so we cut my hair for Superman.

00:05That was sort of the main cut that we wanted to make sure it looked the way we wanted it to look.

00:11But the Clark Kent hair is just what my hair does at that length if you just let it dry.

00:17I have quite, it's not quite curly hair, but it's got a heavy wave, swoopy, other words.

00:25That's the professional term.

00:26So if I slick my hair back as it sort of is with Superman, traditionally, and you don't really cement it down,

00:35then inevitably one or two little curls will flop down.

00:39So that is all that's going to play these roles.

00:43I mean, you can't make that up. That's insane.

00:46I wonder if James weighed that in when casting.

00:49Most definitely.

00:50He's got the natural curl.

00:52It just pops out so perfectly.

00:54It'll save us millions in hair costs.
