ITV News has become the first news organisation to film on board a deportation flight from the UK as part of an exclusive report. Video shows restrained deportees being escorted to a plane and the shots inside the aircraft as staff hand foreign offenders bank cards loaded with money. Report by Blairm. 00:36And the costs continue to rack up in the air.

00:42We capture compliant migrants being given bank cards preloaded with money,

00:47up to £2,000 each, to encourage and aid their resettlement in Romania.
