00:00Friends, families, distinguished guests, and dreamers for a free Iran.
00:07Haunt it! Haunt it! Haunt it! Haunt it!
00:11Freedom! We carry on Rajavi!
00:14Democracy! Freedom! We carry on Rajavi!
00:18Democracy! Freedom! We carry on Rajavi!
00:22Democracy! Freedom!
00:24We are here from all over the United States and Canada to protest and condemn the existing coming of position on the President of Iran, who is not the representative of the Iranian people.
00:51This seat belongs to the true representative of the Iranian people.
00:56And the only alternative to the regime is the NCRI and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi with the 10-point plan.
01:03The reason we are here is because we all have been uprooted from our country and we are scattered all over the world because of this regime.
01:10For 47 years there has been a systematic human rights violations.
01:15The number of executions is through the roof. It's number one in the world.
01:20People are living in poverty, although Iran is a very rich country.
01:24So I can go on and on and on for reasons that we are here.
01:28Well, thousands of supporters of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi have come here right across from the UN saying that the snapback of the sanctions are long overdue, supporting the call for regime change by the people of Iran.
01:55No need for boots on the ground or appropriation of money.
01:59Their message is to the world leaders that Iran does have an alternative.
02:04Look at Iran through the people of Iran, the organized resistance.
02:08And what an irony that the misogynist rulers of Iran have a woman at the helm in the opposition to the Ayatollahs, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, and her platform 10-point plan for the future of Iran.
02:23So the thousands who are here loud and clear that Iran does have an alternative led by a woman, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, a clear platform for the future of Iran.
02:35The movement has already paid a huge price to bring about change in Iran.
02:39All the world needs to do is to stop giving money and legitimacy to the regime, stand with the people of Iran as they strive for freedom in the country.
02:51all the world needs to do is to stop giving money.
02:55And not only their people of Iran is a world that have a number of families to rule children full of other families,
02:59they have a number of people who are here to do.
03:02And they also do other things they can make money, so they can break it and then they can make money for free,
03:03and they can make money for freedom that they can spend a lot of money.
03:07We are hoping that the media is going to do more for the future of Iran to bol planning the same thing.
03:09And most of all, it is time to recognize the right of the Iranian people to overthrow this
03:23tyranny and establish a free, democratic and secular Iran.
03:39We're protesting to make the world understand that now definitely is time for recognizing
03:51the Iranian people's resistance and their will to overthrow the regime.
03:57It's really overdue, and this is it.
04:00There is no other time better than now, and this is why you're protesting.
04:05It is the regime itself, the perversion of religious teaching, the extensive network
04:17of secret police, vice squads, and others, the corruption of the judicial system, the use
04:27of terror to keep people in line.
04:34That must be destroyed.
04:38But that kind of change will come only at the hands of the Iranian people.
04:52Mrs. Rajavi is not asking for governments around the world to choose her to rule Iran.
05:01She is asking for the Iranian people to be given the opportunity to choose their own leader.
05:11When the Ayatollah gets kicked out of office, you're going to restore that and grant that to the world.
05:30And it's going to be beautiful next year in Tehran.
05:36Let's meet there.
05:37God bless you all.
05:39They will be accompanied on stage by their fellow activists, Persia, Kamyar, Miki, Yadav.
05:46That this movement, the NDK, the NTRI, is led by women, women who have survived the gallows,
05:52who have stood unbroken in the face of tanks.
05:57We hope that the world leaders who are here in New York will see that the Iranian people are opposed to the regime,
06:06that they want to bring about change in the country.
06:10We hope that the world leaders will look at Iran not through the prism of the regime,
06:16but through the prism of the people of Iran and the organized resistance.
06:20These are the minimums that will be accepted.
06:27Nothing less than this.
06:29And these are the non-negotiable terms that will lay the foundation for the tranquility of democracy
06:37to finally take hold and to become a reality.
