00:00Yes, the benefits of a second runway at Gatwick are huge. The amount of investment it will bring into the economy, but also the impact it will have on families. More destinations to go on holiday, cheaper flights. Those are things that families will really benefit from. But this isn't the only airport expansion that we're doing. We're reopening the airport at Doncaster. And of course, we're backing that third runway at Heathrow.
00:28So this is about a wider plan to back the builders and not the blockers. And it's not just on airports. Small modular reactors, nuclear power stations, carbon capture and storage, a trans-Pennine route upgrade, northern powerhouse rail, the Oxford-Cambridge corridor. All of these are about unlocking growth so we get more good jobs, paying decent wages, lower energy bills, homes for families.
