Following Prime Minister Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh cited an India Today report confirming that Jaish-e-Mohammed admitted India destroyed its terror headquarters during Operation Sindoor. Speaking to the Indian community in Morocco, Singh said the group acknowledged that relatives of Masood Azhar were killed in the strikes. He added that Pakistan had requested a ceasefire, which India agreed to, but warned the operation is only a “pause” and could be resumed if Pakistan engages in further terrorist activities. The remarks align with the terror group’s own admission that Masood Azhar’s family was “torn into pieces” by the Indian strikes.
