00:20It was not smart to get on this guy's man side
00:30Oh
00:43My god
00:45Michael Cole is currently hiding behind me. I assure you
00:48I will not be putting my body on the line like Corey Graves did last night
00:52Every man for himself up 200 pounds back Brock Lesnar lifted me up carry me around the ring walked up the steps of the
00:58He dropped me in the ring gave Corey Graves to f5 sent him home. I
01:02Saw it all the alpha male of our species does what he wants
01:07He's coming this when he wants
01:09And Cole if I were you I would stay away
01:15I dare to make a request with management if we could call this one from the sky box
01:22Shot down immediately good call. We are now in the line of fire
01:26Yeah
01:28Eye contact with the beast not a good place to be
01:32Behind the eyes. Absolutely
01:36Also behind his eyes were the largest kids in history. That's on top of a body that is sculpted to be the most athletic ever created
01:45Well, this match tonight is brought to you by be better where you earn rewards for doing better
01:51John Cena is gonna earn his rewards tonight if he can somehow survive the beast
02:00It's a great point. I mean the three of us were just petrified at this man walking within 20 feet of us
02:06Imagine having to stand across the ring and hear that bell ringing
02:10Of the fight big names
02:12I mean look at this eight run back and forth in the ring
02:17The eloquence of Pat McAfee is back
02:21The eloquence of Pat McAfee is back
02:33The eloquence of Pat McAfee is back
02:35He looks bigger than he's ever been. This is unbelievable
02:43Ten-time world champion main eventing five WrestleManias
02:51So
02:55he really showed up
02:57Yeah
03:00You
03:02Yeah
03:12I
03:17Yeah
03:19Yeah
03:20Yeah, you're going to have to stop it now.
03:25This is awesome.
03:55Let's go to work, Stu.
04:00Yes, you got it.
04:01Oh, no.
04:05Oh, no.
04:06Oh, no.
04:08Oh, no.
04:09Oh, no.
04:10Oh, no.
04:15Brock Lesnar does not look happy with the appearance of John Cena.
04:19Sight of all those kicks on the stage is incongruent.
04:25With the sight of the Beast standing at ringside.
04:29Kids do not want to watch the massacre that is about to go down.
04:33Three months remain in the retirement tour of John Cena,
04:37and hopefully it doesn't end prematurely here tonight at the hands of the Beast.
04:43T-Day, John.
04:45I'm coming for blood.
04:48From the last words of Brock Lesnar last night,
04:51the carnage he caused on SmackDown.
04:55And these two are just wee little boys in this business.
04:59They trained about an hour and a half south of here.
05:06And he went on pat that he comes to with the all-time great.
05:09It's after a poem that this is happening right here, right now.
05:24Let's get up to Alicia Taylor.
05:25Let's go.
05:51The following contest is scheduled for one fall.
06:06Introducing first, he is the greatest of all time.
06:21The Never Seen 17, celebrating with each and every one of you here tonight in Indianapolis, one final time, the last real champion, John Cena.
06:51Ladies and gentlemen, whoa! Whoa!
07:06There's something in the water in Indianapolis. Wow!
07:16Wade, this must have been what Brock and Heyman were talking about last night.
07:20Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman.
07:33Introducing the 17-seeing, goat-slaying, Cena-conquering, former NCAA, UFC, WWE, undisputed, heavyweight champion of the world.
08:01The last real ass kicker, Brock Lesnar!
08:12It is a big fight feel. The atmosphere is electric tonight in Indianapolis.
08:20Lesnar, Cena, for the final time.
08:23What a big fight feel. It might be a short fight feel. Brock's got that look in his eye.
08:30And we are underway. Oh, and Brock goes right to the midsection of Cena, and Brock Lesnar now pounding away on the 17-time world champion.
08:37Pat, what does Cena have to do to try to stay in this match tonight?
08:41Yeah, like many times before with the Beast, he's just gonna have to survive, because Brock is gonna batter him.
08:45He's the last real ass kicker, is what Paul Heyman said, and that's what he's gonna be trying to do to Cena all damn night.
08:52And what about Brock Wade? What does he need to do to just put Cena away tonight?
08:57He needs to be Brock Lesnar. He needs to do exactly what he's done from the start.
09:02And I would guesstimate, in about two minutes, this is gonna be over.
09:05And there's the big shoulder to the midsection of John Cena.
09:09And Cena trying to fight back now with the right hands to Lesnar.
09:12And Lesnar with a clothesline. Brock's John.
09:15Just pissed Brock Lesnar off. Barely registered.
09:19You know, woke him up, and look at him peacocking around. What is he, 330 right now?
09:23Looks it, and Pat, you mentioned it as he walked out here, the look in the eyes of Lesnar.
09:29He's a very angry man, soulless man.
09:31Oh! He's gonna try to take John Cena's fresh new hair right off his head.
09:36Yeah, what was it John Cena said?
09:37I never wanted the retirement tour to be a nostalgia act.
09:41Well, John, you got your wish.
09:43Well, Brock Lesnar also told John, it ain't no retirement tour until you face the beast!
09:48Remember, in his career, guys, the greatest of all time, John Cena.
09:52Only owns one pinfall victory over Brock Lesnar. Just one, Pat.
09:58Yeah, Brock Lesnar doesn't have a lot of losses to a lot of people.
10:02I'm surprised it's even one. I was expecting zero.
10:05Exactly. Guy's been a champion literally everywhere, and if he wanted to play in the NFL, he could have done that.
10:10And he's letting Indianapolis go ahead and witness some greatness right now.
10:13Well, John Cena did say he was at the point in his career where he should be afraid to fight Brock Lesnar.
10:19But he's always ready for a fight.
10:21I'm sure he's ready for this Brock, though.
10:22Look at the welts already building on the back of Cena.
10:25And now, Brock Lesnar hoisting Cena up and marching around the ring with Cena on his shoulders,
10:31delivering a power slam, a la the British Bulldog, and Lesnar driving Cena through the mat.
10:37What do we say, when someone's out of competition for two years like Brock Lesnar has been,
10:41normally you get a little ring rust, right?
10:43Normal rules do not apply to the beast incarnate.
10:48In fact, this is the first time Lesnar's been in a match in two years, and oh!
10:53Welcome to Suplex City, baby.
10:59Wrestle Palooza has just taken an exit to Suplex City, and Cena is about to get German suplexed right out of the United States of America.
11:07The first time these two men were in a match was 2001, Ohio Valley Wrestling.
11:11It was a tag team matchup.
11:13They'd meet a number of times up until 2004, and then the rivalry stalled for a bit before it was picked up a number of years later.
11:21The last time that they've actually been in a match together was 2015.
11:26A triple threat match involving Seth Rollins, and now the bear hug being applied by Lesnar, and he is massive!
11:33It does appear to have been a targeted attack on the midsection of John Cena from the start.
11:39Cena trying valiantly to fight back.
11:41And the alpha male of the species always has a strategy of playing.
11:46John Cena, though, as we've mentioned before, one of the most powerful men, pound for pound, in the history of WWE, but just being worn down right now by the beast.
11:54And this is exactly what the beast wants.
11:56Beat you down so he can beat you up some more.
11:59That's Brock Lesnar wrestling.
12:01If you were in there, Pat, what would you do against Lesnar?
12:03Oh, yeah, I would jump out.
12:05Smart man.
12:06But yeah, two options, fight or flight.
12:09Flight is the correct one right now.
12:11Wade, have you ever been in the ring with Lesnar?
12:13I've never been in the ring.
12:14I got sent to split him and Undertaker at once, and I had to grab...
12:17Hold on, John Cena!
12:19He's in it now, with Lesnar up on his shoulders!
12:21John Cena!
12:22Oh, and a clothesline by Lesnar dropping Cena!
12:26Yeah, clothesline to the face of John Cena.
12:29Just when it looked like a miracle AA was coming.
12:32Take another look at this, Pat.
12:34Yeah, that's an adjustment.
12:35Bang!
12:36Oh!
12:36That might be the last real larian, too.
12:38And it's interesting that Cena went for what he now calls the AA.
12:42He used to call it the FU early in his career, and that was a direct shot at Brock Lesnar early in the career.
12:48The reason Cena named that move, that.
12:50Yeah, the F5 obviously has been very devastating.
12:52Changing it to the FU is certainly rubbing salt into big man's wounds.
12:56Oh, and now Lesnar again with a release.
12:58German, that's the second suplex of the night.
13:01Here's what I think has pissed off Brock Lesnar.
13:04This constant referral to John Cena as the greatest of all time.
13:08There's a lot of metrics that can go into that claim,
13:11but undeniably, the greatest fighter of all time is Brock Lesnar.
13:17And I think Brock Lesnar understands that he's not going to be in the GOAT conversation
13:20because he had to go conquer other leagues and other sports and then come back.
13:23But he will certainly be in the Mount Rushmore conversation whenever it's done for Brock Lesnar.
13:27And Pat, you used the proper word there, conquer.
13:29Because that is what Lesnar has done at every step of his career, no matter the sport.
13:34And now a kick rate of a midsection of Cena.
13:36Just look at his mitts, and I think those are 8X.
13:39And the guy's built to beat the hell out of me.
13:40The grizzly bear paws.
13:43Start staring at Brock Lesnar.
13:45Modern day caveman by choice.
13:47He looks better now than he did 15 years ago.
13:50It's truly phenomenal the amount of work he's got to put in to look like that.
13:53Right now, he's having his way with a ragdoll.
13:54But John Cena able to drive Lesnar into the corner.
13:57And now John Cena with an opportunity.
13:59Shoulder tackle.
14:00Bounces off Brock.
14:01Cena again.
14:02Bounces off Brock.
14:05A third time.
14:06Brock still on his feet somehow.
14:09Cena finally drops the beast.
14:13And now Cena with Lesnar on his shoulders.
14:15An attitude adjustment.
14:17AA by John.
14:18Straight back out.
14:19But John's got him on his shoulders.
14:21He got another AA by Cena.
14:23Brock is completely rocked here.
14:25Going to capitalize, John.
14:27Cena's got an opportunity.
14:29Looking for a third AA to the beast, Brock Lesnar.
14:34Cena delivers cover on the beast.
14:38And Brock kicked out at two.
14:42John Cena's not done.
14:43Rock in.
14:52Oh, it's rocked in.
14:54F5.
14:56And he's not done yet.
15:00Another F5.
15:03Three AAs.
15:05And you bounce back like that.
15:07Special.
15:13There's never been anyone like Brock Lesnar in the history of this business.
15:17In the history of this earth.
15:19And there never will be.
15:21And we might be about to witness the C Nation's last stand.
15:25Could be good night here, guys.
15:27Lesnar looking for a third F5 to John Cena, whose body is beaten.
15:33It's bruised.
15:34Welts are forming on his arms and his midsection in his back.
15:38And it's incredible that Cena's had the resilience to last this deep into a matchup that has been almost one-way traffic.
15:49I think Brock's kind of feeling it a little bit here, too.
15:51Didn't you see that in a celebration?
15:52Well, again, two years since he's competed.
15:56Three AAs.
16:00You see the condition that Cena's in.
16:03Starting to become eerily reminiscent of SummerSlam in 2014.
16:07In one of the most lopsided matches of all time.
16:10Lesnar slaying Cena just like he's doing tonight.
16:13Complete barbarity and ruthlessness from the Beast Incarnate.
16:20This is now a massacre.
16:22Isn't the retirement tour supposed to be a celebration?
16:24Yeah, I don't know why you'd sign up for Brock Lesnar one last time if that was supposed to be the case, the entirety of it.
16:29Brock Lesnar is in full euphoria right now.
16:32Walking around.
16:32John Cena's lifeless body in the middle of the ring.
16:37Primed and ready to fight to the death.
16:39Kill or be killed.
16:40A grin on Lesnar's face.
16:42Just being tossed like a pizza from Papa John's.
16:45Mocking the over 15,000 here tonight in Indianapolis.
16:50And now Brock again with Cena on his shoulders.
16:52Lesnar will deliver another F5 to John Cena.
16:56And at some point, ladies and gentlemen, at some point,
17:03our official Dan Engler has got to get into this thing and just tell Brock to put this away.
17:08Because this is becoming a massacre.
17:10A career assassination of Cena at the hands of the Beast.
17:15Cover on John.
17:16And Brock Lesnar destroys, and I mean destroys, John Cena tonight.
17:22Here is your winner, Brock Lesnar.
17:29What a beast.
17:31What an absolute species of a man.
17:35You need to explain to someone how the law of the jungle works.
17:40Show them that match.
17:42Barely even resembled athletic competition.
17:46Wow.
17:46That was a hellacious, uncomfortable beatdown.
17:51The Beast was in prime beast mode tonight.
17:54And what a road bump, Pat, on the retirement tour of John Cena.
18:00Brock Lesnar has been a champion at the UFC.
18:02He could have played in the NFL.
18:04Obviously, he's the NCAA champion.
18:06The ESPN and WWE partnership is kicking off with the most bad-ass human to ever walk this earth.
18:17Picking up a dub against the GOAT, John Cena.
18:20And the frightening thing for everyone in WWE.
18:25They're self-included.
18:26Is the fact that Brock Lesnar is back in peak and prime condition.
18:32And he's going to have to fight someone else next.
18:35Hope to the GOAT locker room, it is not you.
18:37Once again, I do not know why John Cena would sign up for this.
18:53Well, John Cena is defenseless now.
18:55And Brock Lesnar is making his way back into the ring.
18:57And Brock Lesnar now assaulting the official.
19:00First, it was commentators last night.
19:03It's officials tonight.
19:04Somebody's got to throw the damn rulebook and find this guy.
19:09And Lesnar not through yet.
19:12Cena can't protect himself.
19:13Another F5.
19:18Everybody out here.
19:20And Cena didn't even feel that one.
19:22His body is completely numb already.
19:26And Brock Lesnar way doesn't give a damn.
19:28A complete empathy void.
19:31And that is just one of the things that makes this man terrifying.
19:37You've got him an empathy void.
19:45Zero human weaknesses, physically or mentally.
19:49You can almost feel like this sigh of relief in this arena as Brock Lesnar walks out of the Cambridge Fieldhouse, right?
20:02I'm not relieved until he's left the entire arena.
20:05There's quite an intimidating aura when this man is around.
20:11Well, this was the moment we thought John Cena was about to pull out a miracle.
20:15There was three AAs connecting to Brock Lesnar.
20:19He got a two and a half count.
20:20And things went downhill for Cena straight after that.
20:26Brock Lesnar is so quick to his feet.
20:28And then this path.
20:29He's a jungle cat who has the strength of a thousand elephants.
20:32Look at the look and the intensity in the eyes of Lesnar as he just sends Cena through the mat.
20:40He's been waiting for this moment to come back.
20:43Training.
20:44Waiting.
20:45Complete destruction.
20:47And finally, it seemed like Brock Lesnar was satiated, at least for this evening, of course.
20:55Further aftermath came along.
20:57Dan Engler, helpless.
20:59That's not a fighter.
21:00That is an official.
21:01Completely wiped out with an F5.
21:04And then there's the final statement.
21:06The piece de resistance to a beaten, broken John Cena.
21:11Who the hell is going to step to Brock Lesnar next?
21:15Again, we mentioned this before.
21:17A retirement tour is supposed to be a celebration.
21:21This was supposed to be Cena-palooza.
21:24The sign's right there.
21:25Look, I've never been John Cena's biggest fan.
21:28I think we know that.
21:29But I have all the respect in the world for that man for stepping up to an unbeatable opponent this evening.
21:35Thank you, Mr. President.
22:05Thank you, Mr. President.
