00:07No, there have been quite a lot of changes since I arrived at the club.

00:17because he's been someone that I really enjoy working with.
00:20I think he has a tremendous contribution for everything that we've done
00:24over the last few years.
00:26Then on Rich, congratulations, obviously, because it's a massive role
00:31to be the CEO of this football club.
00:33And then welcome to the new members of the board.
00:37Hopefully they're going to make us better and help us and bring ideas and support
00:42and make this club much better.
00:45It ultimately stands on Joe's decision.
00:47They've been incredibly supportive, so we move on again.
