22:12an air tank with a propulsion device when he escaped.

22:15The island could be anywhere and time is running out.

22:17They turn to Captain Park for advice.

22:19Calmly, he crosses out a large section of the map.

22:22It's not in this area.

22:23The currents are strong.

22:24And the Coast Guard patrols constantly, because Chinese boats cross the border around them.

22:30Despite all the red flags about the captain, Jun-Ho, for some reason, trusts his judgment

22:34and suggests searching the rest of the area.

22:37They decide one boat will search the southern section, while the other takes the north.

22:41Back at the police station, the lead officer casually tells a colleague to call Captain

22:45Park and inform him that Woo-Sook broke into his house and shot his dog.

22:51He demands a phone to call his lawyer.

22:52The officer hands him a landline, but Woo-Sook can't remember Jun-Ho's number and demands

22:59Another officer calls Captain Park directly, spilling every detail.

23:03Well, he claims you're a member of this group that is kidnapping a bunch of people and then

23:07taking them to an island to play deadly games.

23:11And that the cash he found is from those criminal activities.

23:13Woo-Sook goes frantic, slamming his fists on the table and screaming that they're violating

23:17his rights.

23:21After the call, Jun-Ho asks Park who is on the line.

23:25The captain lies, saying it was just a friend.

23:27Nothing unusual.

23:28Moments later, the detective takes out Woo-Sook's phone and asks for his passcode.

23:32I'm not giving a cop my passcode.

23:33Let me unlock it with Face ID.

23:35Hold it up for me.

23:35As the officer holds the phone close for Woo-Sook to unlock it via Face ID, Woo-Sook

23:40suddenly lunges, snatches it, and bolts out of the room.

23:43At the same moment, Captain Park radios the second boat.

23:46He tells them they've been exposed and orders them to kill everyone.

23:49As everyone chases after Woo-Sook at the station, he manages to get a call through to Jun-Ho.

23:54He urgently spills everything he discovered at Captain Park's house, telling Jun-Ho he found

23:59a photo of Captain Park standing next to the Doc-G recruiter.

24:02Get out of there!

24:03He knows I know!

24:04I told him I broke it to his head!

24:06Get out!

24:07Watch your move!

24:07Then, gunfire erupts on the boat.

24:14Captain Park pulls a gun and starts executing the crew.

24:17Jun-Ho dives for cover and grabs a fishing spear.

24:20Park demands to know where Jun-Ho is from the only surviving team member.

24:24At first, the mercenary leader stays silent, then finally tells Park to turn around.

24:29Captain Park turns, only to be struck in the chest with the fishing spear.

24:32Jun-Ho steps forward, demanding to know who the captain really is and why he saved him

24:37after he was shot.

24:38Park gives a broken answer.

24:40He was just following orders.

24:42When Jun-Ho asks about the location of the island, Park changes the subject, saying he

24:46should have died long ago but was recruited instead.

24:49He tells Jun-Ho it's been fun, then dies.

24:51Back in the dormitory, the remaining players are dressed in sleek suits and seated for a

24:55fancy banquet, a traditional feast before the final game.

24:58They eat in heavy silence, a guard gently feeds the baby with a bottle.

25:03Meanwhile, in the VIP lounge, the guests grow uneasy.

25:06They suspect the players might choose to leave.

25:08The front man reassures them he has a plan.

25:11He'll make the players believe they can survive the final game.

25:14That illusion will keep them playing.

25:15During the feast, a guard makes an announcement.

26:42He tries to contact the second team on the other boat, but there's no response.

26:46Team 2 was taken out.

26:47The mercenary commander urges him to call off the mission, but Jun-ho confesses his brother

26:52is on the island, and this is his only chance to find him.

26:55The commander argues they'll never find the island.

26:57The area is too huge, and they lost their backup.

27:00But Jun-ho looks at the map, the same one Captain Park had crossed out.

27:04He realizes Park was trying to steer them away from the real island, so he suggests searching

27:08there instead.

27:09Meanwhile, the mole on boat 2 reports to the frontman that he killed the second team,

27:13but boat 1 isn't responding, and it looks like they killed Captain Park.

27:17Out at sea, Noel and the father of the sick girl finally board a boat and set sail away

27:21from the island.

27:22But then Noel's radio crackles to life.

27:24It's the officer.

27:25With a cold, measured voice, he orders Noel to turn the boat around.

27:28He reveals he knows everything about the father of the sick girl.

27:31I have a pretty good idea where he's headed.

27:34Soyun Hospital, Pediatric Cancer Ward, room 4104.

27:37Ha ha, how'd I do?

27:38He threatens that if they don't turn back, the girl will be harmed.

27:41Without a word, she turns the boat around.

27:43Back in the dormitory, the banquet ends.

27:45The players who voted to continue the game gather in a corner, their faces hardened by

27:49greed.

27:50They form an unspoken alliance.

27:52For the final game, they'll eliminate Min-Soo, Gi-Hoon, and the baby.

27:55To them, Gi-Hoon is too noble.

27:57Min-Soo is a junkie.

28:39In the middle of the night, while the dormitory is quiet and the players are asleep, a lone guard

28:43approaches Gi-Hoon.

28:44He tells him the frontman has requested a private meeting.

28:47Gi-Hoon is escorted away and brought before the masked man.

28:50The frontman calmly tells him he means no harm and brought him here to help.

28:53He explains that the other players have already formed an alliance and agreed to eliminate

28:57Gi-Hoon and the baby in the final game.

28:59But there's a way out.

29:01He hands Gi-Hoon a knife and suggests he kill them all in their sleep.

29:04If he does, the game ends, and he and the baby can leave with the prize money.

29:08Gi-Hoon stares at him, disgusted.

29:10When he asks why the frontman is offering this, the man slowly removes his mask.

29:14It's player number one, the same man Gi-Hoon once trusted.

29:17Hello Gi-Hoon.

29:18He apologizes for killing Jung-bae, Gi-Hoon's friend.

29:21Gi-Hoon, boiling with rage, grabs the knife and lunges at him, trying to stab him.
