00:14but they're the first AI glasses with a high-resolution display
00:19and a whole new way to interact with them, the Meta Neural Band.

00:27All right, now, the display is large enough to watch a video
00:36or, you know, read a thread of messages.
00:40It appears in one eye.
00:42It's slightly off-center, so it doesn't block your view.
00:45It is very high-resolution and very bright.
00:49I mean, like, 42 pixels per degree,
00:51which is sharper than any major headset that's out there,
00:53and up to 5,000 nits of brightness.
00:57So it is crisp whether you're indoors or outdoors on the sunniest day.
01:03And then there's the neural interface, the Meta Neural Band.
01:07So for the glasses, we are replacing the keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, buttons, dials,
01:14with the ability to send signals from your brain
01:18with little muscle movements
01:21that the neural band will pick up
01:24so you can silently control your glasses
01:26with barely perceptible movements.
01:29We have built a neural interface
01:31into a durable, lightweight, comfortable, and good-looking wristband.
01:38We wanted to make it really easy to send and receive messages.
01:43So it's good to just be able to type without anyone seeing.
01:50And so now I'm going to be able to open up Met.ai
01:58with a subtle tap that you're probably not even going to see.
