At least 14 people were missing and dozens injured after torrential rain caused flooding in India’s northern state of Uttarakhand.
The downpour struck Chamoli district late on Wednesday night (Sept 17), sending torrents of water, mud and rocks through hillside communities and burying several houses under debris.
