00:00And we know Robinson's, we don't know Robinson's plea yet, so we don't know if he's going to plead guilty or not guilty, but we can really see the evidence stacking up against him.
00:13You know, would pleading guilty and the fact that he handed himself in actually help him and help him avoid having the death sentence?
00:23Yeah, as you said, he didn't enter a plea at Tuesday's hearing and he'll remain in custody for that time.
00:30And he appeared wearing a self-harm prevention vest, also known as an anti-suicide smock.
00:36So clearly he's under intense scrutiny where he's being held in custody as well.
00:42Now, he's facing the death penalty or 25 years to life without parole if he's found guilty.
00:49I think what's very interesting is that this is in Utah.
00:54Utah is a, it's a famously conservative state.
00:5960% are Mormons who are traditionally conservative as well.
01:03I've been asking myself what jury selection will look like with regards to this.
01:08Bear in mind, you know, they haven't really progressed in the Luigi Mangione case, which occurred in December.
01:16I'm not saying they're exactly the same, but, you know, there is a similarity there.
01:22So I do think this is going to go on and on and on.
01:26This story isn't going anywhere.
01:27I do think if he was to plead guilty, it would be only if the death penalty was taken off the table.
01:36I mean, that's traditionally what the lawyers would suggest.
01:38But, yeah, I think this is going to be, we're waiting for him to talk now, aren't we?
01:43We're waiting to get his side of the story, waiting to see what he has to say.
01:47And I think that's going to be fascinating.
01:48We're waiting for him to check.
