Manila Bulletin

Tropical Depression Nando tracked slowly over the Philippine Sea Thursday, Sept. 18, with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warning it may intensify into a super typhoon as it moves toward Northern Luzon.

00:07ng ating Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:10at ngayon ay nasa layong 1,325 km sa Silanga naman

00:17ng Central Luzon.

00:19Ngayon meron pa rin po itong mga hangin

00:22na abot sa 55 km per hour

00:25at bugso na abot sa 70 km per hour.

00:29Sa ngayon, kumikilos po ito pa Northwest

00:31at mahina po yung kanyang pagkilos.

00:35Kaya't habang nandito po siya sa my Philippine Sea,

00:39ay expect po natin na mas lalakas pa

00:42itong si Tropical Depression Nando.

00:46Bukas nga po, asahan natin

00:48or earliest po mamayang gabi

00:51or mamayang hapon ay mag-i-intensify pa

00:55bilang Tropical Storm category

00:57itong ating Tropical Depression Nando

01:01at habang papalapit ito ng ating bansa.

01:05Pusibli nga mag-typhoon

01:06o worst case scenario,

01:08ay mag-super typhoon category po ito,

01:11possibly po by Monday or Tuesday

01:14ay malapit na po ito sa ating mga kalupaan.

01:17At hindi nga lamang ang mga winds

01:21ng Tropical Depression Nando

01:24ang kailangan natin pag-ingatan

01:26kundi yung Southwest monsoon din po natin

01:29ay sisimula ng hilahin ng Nando

01:33by Sabado po yan.

01:34Kaya't maapekto ka na po

01:36by Sunday ito na sa western portions

01:39ng ating bansa.

01:41Kaya't asahan po natin yung mga malalakas na pag-ulan

01:44dahil naman po sa enhanced Southwest monsoon.

01:49So by Monday hanggang sa Tuesday

01:52dito po sa may Ilocos region

01:54pababa hanggang dito sa may Central Luzon area

01:57kasama na po ang Metro Manila

02:00dito rin po sa may Calabar Zone

02:02sa may Mimaropa

02:04at sa may Western

02:06at kabuan actually ng Visayas

02:08ay maapekto ka na din

02:10ng Southwest monsoon

02:12at nitong si Tropical Depression Nando.
