00:00Hi there. This is an honest review of this cryo glow mask in the lilac frost color. It's this

00:09really pretty purple color. I got this mask for my daughter and the reason I got her this mask

00:16is because I have the blue frost color of the same mask and I've been using it for over three

00:24months. She has been using it, loves it. I love it and this mask is popular in our house so I decided

00:31it was time to get her her own. All right so I'm just going to go over the mask first how to use it

00:37and what to expect and then I'm going to just tell you why this mask is so popular in our house and

00:44why I love it and so on. So when you first get it there is a tutorial that you can play and that

00:52tutorial is going to show you exactly how to use the mask which is amazing. I love that they have

01:01this feature. The remote is really intuitive, really easy to use and I will show you the routines.

01:14I got this mask for the anti-aging and the anti-aging routine is six minutes a day.

01:20When you do that routine, let me get back to that. Okay so it's six minutes and that's going to be

01:33more your red light and then there's these under eye cooling pads that are right here and when each of

01:41the routines when you do them you can decide if you want those under eye cooling pads on or not.

01:47So that little snowflake is for the under eye cooling pads. It's off right now. I want to turn

01:53it on. That's level three or I can do level two, level one and so on. All right so that's the better

02:02aging and then for the skin clearing which is the blemish control. That's an eight minute program

02:12and that is more the blue light and again you have those under eye cooling pads that you can choose

02:22what level of coolness you want them at. So those are the two main programs. You do those for eight

02:32weeks or until you meet your skin goals and then after then you'll do the skin sustain program and that

02:42program is a four minute program and that's going to maintain your results. And then also if you want

02:52to do the under eye revive that's a separate program you can do that on its own and that will reduce the

03:04puffiness under your eyes and then tighten your under eye as well. So another great option. This remote

03:14is a really great feature. So I have been using this mask for over three months. Like I said I got it for

03:24the anti-aging and I have noticed a huge difference. It's an anti-aging powerhouse. It is really really

03:30improved the laxity around my mouth in the laxity around my mouth in the nasolabial fold area and the

03:50overall laxity of my face and just improved plumping and so on. It's just it's made a huge difference.

03:58And that's over time when you first get it you're going to notice a difference in your skin color

04:06and it just looks healthier. It has a glow and then you'll notice some of those anti-aging results. Although

04:14over time you're just going to notice more and more. It's the one thing that I feel has the most impact on

04:20skin that I do daily. And then also the skin clearing. I've used that some as well when I've had eruptions, skin eruptions

04:30come about or trying to come about. I've used it and prevented blemishes from erupting. Also using that for a while

04:38helped with the oil balance. I had some issues with oily skin at the end of the day or having to blot it throughout the day.

04:44Really, really helped with that. So if you've got oily skin, this mask should help you. It really helped me.
