00:06Ang Bagyong Mirasol na panatili ang lakas nito habang nasa coastal water ng Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.

00:13Sa 11pm bulitin ng pag-asa, may lakas siya ng hangin na 55 kmph at bugso nga abot sa 75 kmph.

00:22Patuloy itong kumikilos pa north-northwest sa bilis na 10 kmph.

00:27Nakataas pa rin ang signal number 1 sa Batanes, Cagayan, kasama ang Babuyan Islands,

00:33northern portion ng Isabela, Apayaw, Abra, Galinga, Mountain Province,

00:38eastern at northern portion ng Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, northern at central portion ng Ilocos Sur.

00:44Sa forecast track, posibleng mabas na ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang Bagyong Mirasol bukas ng umaga.

00:51Samantala, nakapasok na rin ang par ang Bagyong Nando.

00:54Namataan yan, 1,170 km east of southern Luzon.

01:00Inasaang nalakas pa ito sa mga susunod na araw at di inaalis ang posibilidad na umabot sa typhoon o super typhoon category.
