El presidente polaco, cuyo cargo le permite bloquear las iniciativas parlamentarias del primer ministro Tusk, confirma tras su visita de Estado las reticencias de Macron sobre el tratado de libre comercio de Mercosur ante la presión de los agricultores franceses.
