00:59seeing the great sphinx in person was surreal Saqqara was equally fascinating with its step

01:18to finish one downside is that there are many scammers and aggressive vendors around these sites some try
01:26to overcharge for souvenirs demand tips for unsolicited help just say no and walk away

01:39Solwa was our wonderful guide and gave us detailed explanations with fun facts about the pyramids of Giza,
01:46Saqqara and the Sphinx we also went to Memphis and saw the statue of Ramses II a beautiful day that began
01:55with Muhammad Abawad taking us to a beautiful view of the Nile followed by the pyramids and an informative
02:01tour to a beautiful papyrus store where we got wonderful art pieces the lunch was delicious
02:07Muhammad and Solwa are wonderful kind and generous people and we had a great day filled with some
02:14laughter deep cultural exchanges and time understanding each other beyond the tour
02:20I highly recommend Solwa and Muhammad for the wealth of information and joy that they bring smile
02:27we had a great experience on the tour we felt safe all throughout highly recommended
02:34I liked that since we were both female travelers we were assigned a female guide as well
02:41Solwa was a very nice and knowledgeable guide she answered all our questions about the history of Egypt
02:48our guide Solwa and our driver Mustafa were courteous and friendly
02:53the tour was good and covered a lot of sites so overall was good
02:58the one issue we had was that after paying our guide money for horse carriage ride at Giza
03:03the carriage driver kept pestering us for money saying he only works on tips but we had already
03:09paid quite a bit to our guide I would just decline and avoid this hassle the next time around and just
03:16walk-slash-hike up to the pyramids
