The framework is for it to switch to U.S. controlled ownership, but again, I'm not going to get ahead of the leaders call on Friday. We have a framework.

04:46And we've had very good meetings. As you know, we were in Europe, our people, Scott Besson and Jameson or Jameson Greer and others. And it was a very big meeting with China. You know, they treat us with respect. We treat them with respect too, but it was very successful. And on top of it, we have what could be a very good deal.
