President Donald Trump has announced a second U.S. military strike that targeted a Venezuelan-linked boat allegedly transporting illicit drugs. The strike, which took place in international waters, resulted in three deaths, and is being defended by the U.S. as part of a broader campaign against “narcoterrorists.”
