Meanwhile, Reiko constantly ridicules him and sets him up to fail, thinking she can break him.  The turning point comes when Kintaro proves his unexpected knowledge and skill by demonstrating his deep understanding of her beloved machine. His passion and sincerity leave a lasting impression on her, making her realize he isn’t just an idiot—he’s someone with remarkable talent and potential.  As with previous episodes, Kintaro moves on at the end, leaving Reiko both frustrated and intrigued by the mysterious, unpredictable man she underestimated.
