00:00We have a framework for a TikTok deal.

00:04The two leaders, President Trump and Party Chair Xi,

00:10will speak on Friday to complete the deal,

00:13but we do have a framework for a deal with TikTok.

00:18We're not going to talk about the commercial terms of the deal.

00:21It's between two private parties,

00:23but the commercial terms have been agreed upon.

00:26We're very focused on TikTok

00:28and making sure that it was a deal that is fair for the Chinese

00:32and completely respects U.S. national security concerns.

00:35And that's the deal we reached.

00:37And of course, we want to ensure that the Chinese have a fair investment environment in the United States,

00:41but always that U.S. national security comes first.
