00:00Good evening. My name is Erica Kirk. Charlie Kirk is my husband. I first want to thank the local,
00:22state, and federal law enforcement who worked tirelessly to capture my husband's assassin
00:29so that he can be brought to justice. I want to thank the first responders who
00:34struggled heroically to save Charles's life, and the police who acted bravely to
00:46make sure that there were no other victims on that terrible afternoon. I want to
00:53thank the officers who have protected our Turning Point USA family these past two
00:58days, and I want to thank the Turning Point USA board, the COO, Justin Strife, and my
01:06husband's chief of staff, the amazing Mikey McCoy, for all their work in these
01:14terrible days to be the stability for our family and for the wider Turning Point
01:20USA family as well. My heart is with every one of my husband's employees who lost a
01:27friend and a mentor. I want to thank the staffers of this, his amazing Charlie Kirk
01:36show, who helped him broadcast from this studio, this chair. Every day he loved it. He loved what he did.
01:53I want to thank the millions of people who have shown their love for Charlie here in Phoenix,
01:59America, across America and worldwide. I want to thank my husband's dear friend, Vice
02:08President Vance, and his phenomenal wife, Usha, for their love and support. You guys
02:17honored my husband so well bringing him home. You both are tremendous.
02:25I want to thank President Trump and his incredible family for the same. Mr. President, my husband loved you.
02:44And he knew that you loved him too. He did. Your friendship was amazing.
02:51You supported him so well, as did he for you.
03:00Two days ago, my husband, Charlie, went to see the face of his Savior and his God.
03:09Charlie always said that when he was gone, he wanted to be remembered for his courage and for his faith.
03:16And one of the final conversations that he had on this earth, my husband witnessed for his Lord
03:26and Savior, Jesus Christ. Now and for all eternity, he will stand at his Savior's side,
03:37the glorious crown of a martyr. Charlie loved, loved life. He loved his life. He loved America.
03:54He loved nature, which helped him always bring him closer to God.
03:59He loved the Chicago Cubs. And my goodness, did he love the Oregon Ducks.
04:08Want me to say go Ducks. So I have to since they play on Saturday. So go Ducks. But most of all,
04:15Charlie loved his children. And he loved me with all of his heart. And I knew that. Every day,
04:29I knew that. He made sure I knew that every day. Every day, he would ask me, how can I serve you better?
04:36How can I be a better husband? How can I be a better father? Every day. Every day. Such a good man.
04:43He still is a good man. He was the perfect father. He was the perfect husband.
04:53Charlie always believed that God's design for marriage and the family was absolutely amazing. And it is.
04:59It is. And it was the greatest joy of his life. And over and over, he would tell
05:07all these young people to come and find their future spouse, become wives and husbands and parents.
05:16And the reason why is because he wanted you all to experience what he had and still has.
05:22He wanted everyone to bring heaven into this earth through love and joy that comes from raising a family.
05:32It's beautiful.
05:35Charlie always said that if he ever ran for office, I know a lot of you asked if he ever was going to,
05:40but privately, he told me if he ever did run for office, that his top priority would be
05:48to revive the American family. That was his priority.
05:53One of Charlie's favorite Bible verses was Ephesians 5, verse 25.
06:03Husbands,
06:04Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
06:18My husband laid down his life for me, for our nation, for our children.
06:26He showed the ultimate and true covenantal love.
06:33I will never, ever have the words to describe the loss that I feel in my heart.
06:41I honestly have no idea what any of this means. I know that God does, but I don't.
06:49But Charlie, baby, I know you do, too. I know you do.
06:53So does our Lord.
06:58And our world is filled with evil.
07:03But our God, you guys, our God is so good.
07:09So incredibly good.
07:12And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good.
07:17For those who are called according to his purpose.
07:23Already I have seen the worldwide outpouring of love for my husband.
07:29I've heard the testimonies from people my husband inspired to get married,
07:34to start families, to seek out a relationship with God.
07:38It's the most important, most important one of all.
07:46The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done.
07:56They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God's merciful love.
08:07But they should all know this.
08:12If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, you have no idea.
08:20You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country.
08:28In this world, you have no idea.
08:32You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife.
08:37The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.
08:51To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die.
08:56It won't.
08:59I refuse to let that happen.
09:01It will not die.
09:04All of us will refuse to let that happen.
09:08No one will ever forget my husband's name and I will make sure of it.
09:16It will become stronger,
09:20bolder, louder and greater than ever.
09:22My husband's mission will not end, not even for a moment.
09:30And one of Charlie's greatest talents was his ability,
09:33this phenomenal ability to choose great people to follow him.
09:38He could always find the ones who could handle any setback.
09:43And it's almost like he knew he just, he could see it in you.
09:46Even when you couldn't see it in yourself, he just knew.
09:49He knew you could handle it.
09:51You thought you only had 5% left and he knew you at 15.
09:55He knew you were ready to go that extra mile even when you didn't.
10:00He always challenged people around him to work harder and to be better.
10:05He never gave up.
10:07And I love knowing that one of his, one of his mottos was never surrender.
10:11So I want to tell you that, that we'll never surrender.
10:18We never will.
10:19Ever.
10:22Ever.
10:22Our campus tour this fall will continue.
10:27There will be even more tours in the years to come.
10:32America Fest here in Phoenix, this December will go on.
10:38It will be greater than ever.
10:42The radio and podcast show that he was so proud of.
10:46Will go on.
10:51And in a world filled with chaos, doubt, and uncertainty, my husband's voice will remain.
10:56And it will ring out louder and more clearly than ever.
11:00And his wisdom will endure.
11:03My favorite, my favorite too, but my husband's favorite word in the English language was earn.
11:16He would call all of you to be people of action who earn the future America deserves.
11:23So to all of the young people who felt inspired by my husband's faith in hard work,
11:32all of you already know what Charlie would want you to do.
11:35You know.
11:38You know.
11:40If you're in high school or if you're in college, go find your local Turning Point USA chapter.
11:47Join it.
11:48Stay involved.
11:51He wants you to make a difference.
11:53And you can.
11:56You can.
11:58The movement's not going anywhere.
11:59And it will only grow stronger when you join it.
12:04If there isn't a chapter, you can't find one, then start one.
12:08There is no excuse.
12:10You can start one.
12:12And as my husband used to say in this room, every single day, if you want to get involved,
12:16the best way you can do that is going to tpusa.com.
12:20That's what he would say every day from this chair.
12:22Every single day, I watched his show every day.
12:25And he would always say, if you want to get involved, go to tpusa.com.
12:28If you're a pastor, join our movement at TPUSA Faith.
12:35And if you're a parent, I highly recommend that you come to America Fest in December.
12:42Sign up right now for that because we would love to see you.
12:44I would love to see you.
12:46Charlie would.
12:47He'll be there.
12:48He'll be there in spirit.
12:52Bring your kids.
12:53Bring your family.
12:55But most important of all, if you aren't a member of a church, I beg you to join one.
12:59A Bible-believing church.
13:04Our battle is not simply a political one above all.
13:07It is spiritual.
13:09It is spiritual.
13:10The spiritual warfare is palpable.
13:13Charlie loved his Savior with all of his heart.
13:19And he wanted every one of you to know him too.
13:23He wanted everyone to know that if they confess,
13:26if they confess the Lord Jesus Christ who rose from the dead, then they will be saved.
13:38Hear me when I say this.
13:39Nobody is ever too young to know the gospel.
13:43Nobody.
13:45Nobody is ever too young to get involved with saving this beautiful country.
13:49This country my husband loved and still loves.
13:52And nobody is ever too old either.
13:57There's no age limit.
14:02I know my husband is still here.
14:06He's watching over us.
14:11I don't remember the last time I slept.
14:15I couldn't sleep last night.
14:18And
14:18Charlie, baby.
14:24Charlie, I promise.
14:26I will never let your legacy die, baby.
14:29I won't.
14:29I promise.
14:30I'll make Turning Point USA the biggest thing that this nation has ever seen.
14:36I promise.
14:39Charlie, I love you.
14:41I love you, baby.
14:42Charlie, rest in the arms of our Lord.
14:48As he blankets you with the words, I know your heart always strives to hear.
14:54Well done, my good and faithful servant.
14:56When I got home last night.
15:07Gigi, our daughter just ran into my arms.
15:13And I talked to her and she said,
15:15Mommy, I missed you.
15:17I said, I missed you too, baby.
15:18She goes, where's daddy?
15:21What do you tell a three-year-old?
15:23She's three.
15:28I said, baby, daddy loves you so much.
15:31Don't you worry.
15:32He's on a work trip with Jesus so he can afford your blueberry budget.
15:37And my goodness, am I so humbled to witness Charlie, you alongside Jesus right now,
15:49doing what you always want to do, baby.
15:53Making heaven crowded, right?
15:55That's what it's all about.
15:58Making heaven crowded.
15:59I can't wait to see you again one day.
16:08Thank you all again who love my husband.
16:11Who supported him.
16:13Who wrote him an email every single day during his radio show.
16:17He read all of them.
16:19All of them.
16:20God bless you all.
16:31And may God bless America.
