00:46sabbaq al-siddiq Sayyidina Ummah, Sayyidina Uthman, Imam al-Hassan ﷺ, Imam al-Husayn ﷺ,
00:52Sayyidina Fatimah bi barakatih Laylatul Ghayib and the blessed night in which the light of
01:01Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ passed from Sayyidina Abdullah his blessed father into holy wombs Sayyidina
01:08Amin alayhi s-salam into that blessed womb and Allah sending immense openings upon this
01:16earth and the seal of creation to manifest from the kingdom of heavens coming to the earth
01:29to put the seal on creation that the deen of Allah complete, this way of Allah is complete
01:40and all of creation to reach their ma'rifah and they can't reach without the imam without
01:46the king to step into that reality first and everyone steps behind the king into the presence
01:52of Divinely realities and Divinely lights.
01:56Call the night of desires and inshaAllah Allah grant the desires that are of benefit to the
02:04souls of inshaAllah.
02:07So many times we get emails from people and particularly impatient people that continuously
02:13oh when is it going to open, when is it going to open and then they have even a rude tone
02:18in their asking and challenging as if Allah .
02:23This path is not meant for Allah to submit to us astaghfirullah but for us to submit to
02:29Allah and everything is on Divinely time, everything in the way of Allah is not known
02:38to the people of dunya and the people of the material world who said to us belongs the struggle
02:44and to Allah is the victory.
02:47What Allah deems victory is not what me and you understand of victory and when are things
02:53going to get better and when are things going to… that's not victory for Allah
02:58that your condition become better.
03:01That's victory for you and your nafs and our nafs and victory for Allah is when the servant
03:08through every form of difficulty struggles and strives.
03:15And that's why we were talking earlier about the seerah of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
03:21How many children passed away from the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ?
03:26Rahmatan lil'alameen, mercy of all creation, the most beloved of Allah .
03:33As a father how many of his children did he have to wash and put into the ground?
03:40What type of heartbreak and trauma and difficulty?
03:44One child people will collapse and can't live any longer in this life.
03:51How many Prophet ﷺ went through difficulties?
03:55They are the exemplars of faith exactly that reason they are our example.
04:00That every time you think life is hard remember my life I'm a favoured one from Allah .
04:07That's… this is what Prophet ﷺ saying to us is always a reminder look at my life, look
04:13at the life of my family because my family has not a special status where they were sort
04:19of walking on couches and grapes and food were being put into their possession.
04:26They had only suffered and fought and they fought Muslims, they fought their own faith
04:32just to keep going and keep the way of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
04:35They weren't ever appreciated by their own community.
04:40How about the holy companions and sahabi kiram how much they fought from amongst themselves
04:45not outside forces?
04:47Those were the fights with the Quraysh but from even within their own forces how much fitna
04:52how much difficulty?
04:54And Prophet ﷺ then reminding for us, why should be anything different for you?
05:00Take a life in which the victory of Allah is a struggle and the one whom is victorious,
05:10who struggles through every type of hardship and every type of difficulty, Allah raises
05:18that servant's darajat in Divinely Presence.
05:22Not raising the servant in the dunya where you get more money, more opportunities, more
05:28chances for us to become heedless and forget about Allah .
05:32But Allah's grace and rahmat that I dress you from lights, dress you from blessings,
05:37dress you from all these realities that you have no understanding about these realities.
05:43So when we talk about riqayb and blessings are coming and immense blessings are coming and
05:50these dresses of light are coming, people are expecting everything to become great and everything
05:55to be sort of opening.
05:58But these are called the openings of malakut and the world of light and those openings actually
06:05may manifest in hardships in this world where you're struggling to keep and stay afloat.
06:13From every direction there's somebody putting a hardship, a difficulty, fighting, yelling,
06:19screaming, every type of difficulty keep coming to the servant and Allah just wants to test
06:26if you have istiqam and firmness.
06:29Not you become rude, you don't become belligerent, you don't lose your character, you don't become
06:36the event and the test and the character of the test.
06:40We said that when Allah sends a dog to bark at you your role is not to become the dog but
06:46your role is to remain the heavenly servant that through every condition remains a heavenly
06:52servant.
06:54And firm and firm and even they say, Ya Rabbi it's about time I give up I can't do it anymore
07:02and Allah says, it's not time to give up you keep going, keep going.
07:06And through every difficulty this is the lives of these great souls, the greatest soul in
07:12Allah's creation, the life and the reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
07:23How much difficulty did Prophet ﷺ have and see and witness and endured?
07:33And with that difficulty the khuluq al-azim, then Allah gives that title, you're of a magnificent
07:40character.
07:42Not because everybody loved you and you have a great character but that I sent everybody
07:47to make difficulty around you, I put you in every type of test of difficulty as I put
07:55other Prophets and other Prophets they prayed for the destruction of their people.
08:00And every difficulty I put you in I test you and I test you and you have a magnificent character.
08:07Always praying for people, always opening and praying for an opening for somebody, having
08:13patience in the greatness and the blessed khuluq and character.
08:18And this is the example of these holy nights that when we say lights are opening and blessings
08:23are opening.
08:25When Allah wants to bestow those realities upon a servant they usually manifest as a hardship
08:31upon their physicality.
08:33When hardships come to the physicality know that your spirituality is being raised.
08:40Every time a sickness comes to you Allah raising you and dressing your soul.
08:45Every type… you say even if a mosquito bites you Allah took away something.
08:52So, many times people say, why I thought we were holy why these things are happening to
08:56us?
08:57Why difficulties happening to us?
08:58It's for that exact reason, the holier you are the more things come difficult towards
09:04you.
09:05Every type of mosquito bite you, everyone throwing rooks at you, everyone make a bad backbite
09:10and comment against you then you know alhamdulillah you've run the right path.
09:15But if everybody praise you we're doing something wrong.
09:21And that's the reality is that Allah always going to send people that make hardship and
09:26difficulty for His servants to test them and grant them Allah's victory not the dunya's
09:32victory.
09:33Allah's victory is through patience and perseverance.
09:36That's why you have to be listening and I have to be listening and reminding myself of
09:41the talks and then we put all these talks together to understand what is it that Allah wants
09:47from us.
09:49When we want to have sabr and patience through all these difficulties Allah reminds, didn't
09:55we talk that if I want to dress you from sabr and my sifat is sabr, don't expect anything
10:01in life.
10:03It's your expectation that makes everything to be hard.
10:07And now unfortunately the children have destroyed themselves with expectations.
10:13What they expect to look like, what they expect to earn, where they expect to live, what they
10:18expect to drive, what they expect to be like.
10:21And they're just a micro version of this entire dunya now that has so many expectations.
10:29Nothing is an opening, nothing is of any good.
10:32When somebody is emailing harshly, when are things going to open, are you thinking things
10:37are bad for you because you know in one shot Allah gets sick of you, He'll stop everything.
10:44You won't have a dollar to come, you won't have a bite to eat and you won't have a single
10:49set of piece on your body.
10:52You know if you get sick at night where you can't sleep and you can't function, you can't
10:56move, there's no rest, there's no relaxation.
11:00Just the fact that you're not sick and you can sleep without pain is an immense blessing.
11:07If you can find food to eat is an immense blessing.
11:11How many children don't have food and their parents have to not put anything in their own
11:15mouths just to give something to their children?
11:18Means this world it has many many hardships.
11:22For someone not to see the grace and the rahmah of Allah is a sign of a big sickness, is a
11:28big sickness.
11:29That's why I said when you email you reveal more of yourself than probably you understood.
11:36When you email with this type of things, when are things going to open for me?
11:39Oh so you're not happy with what you already have?
11:42Do you know if Allah take away the mentality and mentalness of your family?
11:47What happens when everyone starts to go mentally insane and shaitan just touch somebody and
11:53all the mentality will go and become completely psychotic and crazy.
11:58You lose your job and you can't find it and you live in countries where they don't give
12:02monthly welfare checks and you have a place to sleep and you don't have that anymore.
12:09Life can be so difficult that for a servant not to be thankful in these days is immensely
12:16sad and for people who want to write like that you have to review what you're writing and
12:24think again.
12:25If you're in the western world with whatever Allah gave to you however it is difficult
12:30that's Allah loving you.
12:32Then Allah want to give these to raise your darajat and that we have so much alhamdulillah
12:39from the ni'mat of Allah and so many blessings.
12:42If you can sleep at night you're 100% ahead.
12:45If your mentality is working and you're not under the attack of waswas you're 100% ahead.
12:51If you have rizq and some sustenance coming alhamdulillah and Allah says thank me and I
12:57give you more.
12:58Don't be not shukr where you don't have a shukr and you're always thinking not sufficient
13:05from Allah and these holy nights that's a reminder because when we talk about holy holy
13:10and all the shaykhs come out and say this is a holy blessed night people are thinking
13:14is like a big checks are coming in the mail that you're going to get all sorts of bonuses
13:19and checks coming and then the holiness for Allah is I'm going to give you lights but
13:25it's going to cost you something.
13:27And then you get sick and then you have difficulties you have all sorts of hardships and these are
13:32upon the physicality and Allah raising the darajat of that soul inshaAllah with his Divinely
13:39light and to be in the present making souls to be kings so that they can sit in the presence
13:45of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
13:48Allah wants no one less than a king to be in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
13:54When he makes this honourable king he wants only one worthy of going in the presence of
14:00that reality to be a king also means Allah raised the darajat of creation
14:07so that to give more honour and status to the immense reality of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
14:13We pray that Allah dress us and bless us from these realities and on these holy nights
14:20give us sabr.
14:21Ya Rabbi just grant us and remind us of sabr and that the struggle is for us and victory
14:27for you Ya Rabbi Allah.
14:29That the victorious love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ to dress us our family our community and
14:39all the aashiqueen that are gathering around this fire as the world is entering into darkness
14:45inshaAllah.
