00:00So over here in this particular website, I have some users. So if I were to go around

00:14onto the users and then go to the all users section, then you can see the three users

00:19right here. I'm the admin, there's an editor and a contributor. So let's say I want to

00:25go ahead and change around a user role. In that case, you can simply go around onto a user

00:30and you can see that right now the role for this user is an editor. If I want to go ahead

00:36and change it, simply click right here and then you can go ahead and change it out into

00:41an administrator, an author or contributor. Let's say I want to change this user to an

00:46administrator and this is what I can do. You can also mark the user as a contractor right

00:51here just like this or freelancer, freelancer consultant or agency as well if you're working

00:57with a third party users right here. Once you go back, then you can see that the user has

01:03been labeled as contractor and then is an admin right here just like this. And that is how

01:09you can simply go ahead and change around the existing user roles inside of WordPress.com.
