01:07When it comes to your child, you are tasked to protect them both physically, spiritually, and emotionally,

01:14and really outside the house, and obviously in other ways as well.

01:17Quality time is everything. You are not above any of the duties or the tasks or the roles.

01:22And it comes with a lot of responsibilities.

01:24And so, again, I speak very directly to young men.

01:26Erica is the, you know, young woman outreach part of this.

01:30But young men need to be talked this way, actually.

01:32Because they say, oh, I want to be a dad.

01:34Like, really? Are you earning enough money?

01:35Have you done the right work? Have you asked for a raise, asked for a promotion,

01:38got up earlier, stayed up later, to make sure your family does not have any financial pressures or issues?

01:42Because here's the one thing I have found.

01:43Once you have kids, there is this primal thing that comes into you,

01:47where if you think you have worked hard before,

01:49when you have to go feed a child and provide for a family,

01:52you are willing to go to the ends of the earth and push yourself in ways that you never thought.
