The Importance of Surah An-Nazi’at (Chapter 79)
Surah An-Nazi’at is the 79th chapter of the Holy Qur’an, revealed in Makkah. It consists of 46 verses and is known as “Those Who Pull Out” because it begins with oaths referring to angels who extract souls at the time of death. Like other Makki Surahs, its central theme is the Hereafter, the Day of Judgment, and the certainty of resurrection. It is a Surah that stirs the heart, reminding people of their accountability before Allah and urging them to live with purpose and responsibility.
