00:10But you have to accept the fact that the level of proficiency of English is too critical, too important for this nation.

00:19Which means the Education Ministry must do more to enhance the level of proficiency of the English language.

00:26And at the same time, you believe this is a multiracial country, if everyone accepts the role of the Bahasa, Bahasa Malaysia.

00:38There is no reason why we should marginalize or make it difficult for others to try and excel the level of proficiency in the best languages.

00:49Chinese or Tamil or Arabic or French.

00:53I mean, that should be our attitude now.

00:55But when I said that, there is a country of minority that went in an abusive state to say that Anwar has relegated the importance of Bahasa.
