00:00For season number 106 in the NFL and it'll be a touchback which now goes out to the 35 yard line.
00:09So that's where the number one pick will take over.
00:12We know he's a playmaker from the pocket.
00:14He set a division one record for touchdown passes coming out of Miami in one season after two other stops in his college career.
00:22But he is even keeled with maybe a little bit of a chip on his shoulder.
00:25He's definitely got a chip on his shoulder and he has a unique story going from Incarnate Word to Washington State and then to Miami.
00:33And then eventually the number one overall pick.
00:36But you saw improvement in each level, Adam, and that's what I like to see.
00:40Completion percentage, touchdown to interception ratio and yardage all improved.
00:44Let's see if he can do it at this level.
00:48Tony Pollard wrapped up by the newly extended Nick Bonito.
00:52Coming off a fabulous season last year.
00:55An all-pro campaign.
01:02They're going to test this Tennessee offensive line which has built up over the last couple of years.
01:07They added Dan Moore and they moved J.C. Latham back to right tackle.
01:10And that secured their edges, so they thought, until that first play by Bonito.
01:14But they love the guys in the interior as well.
01:16Remember, Cushenberry, the center, number 79, from Denver.
01:20Left side, they love him in the interior at the left guard spot.
01:24But let's see if they can get this running game really working and help their quarterback.
01:29Cosplay for Tony Pollard.
01:31A great penetration by this Denver defense.
01:34Justin Sternod was the first one into the backfield to force Pollard out of bounds.
01:38No gain.
01:39It'll be third and long.
01:41Logan, this is where this Denver defense can really make some noise.
01:45Remember, last year, they led the NFL with 63 sacks.
01:50And now they're in a sack type of situation right now.
01:52Oh, exactly right.
01:53These are the situations you want to avoid.
01:56But for the Denver defense, they're looking to capitalize on a third and long like this
02:00by making this number one overall pick feel the rush, feel the speed,
02:06potentially bat balls at the line of scrimmage, and make the picture blurry.
02:16There is Cam Ward trying to get away from pressure.
02:19And at the very last moment, he got it to Tony Pollard for a first down and more into Denver territory.
02:26Cam Ward was about to get taken down, and he saves the play and wants to hurry things up
02:34after a 29-yard pickup to Pollard.
02:37Are you kidding me, Adam?
02:39And about to write his obituary, and how does he throw that ball?
02:42That means he knows where his checkdowns are.
02:45He's clearly got an understanding of contingency plans when he's under pressure.
02:56Flinging an outside, incomplete for Tyler Lockett, the former Seattle Seahawks.
03:07Look at Cam Ward commanding things, grueling.
03:10You're exactly right.
03:11And just this awareness, to know where that checkdown is, I can't emphasize that enough.
03:17His mechanics and his footwork, they're not a finished product.
03:20But honestly, the pluses from college are his experience.
03:24And it's experience like that that gives you opportunities to have that elite playmaking ability
03:30inside and outside the pockets.
03:33Not just scrambling, but extending plays and remaining a passer.
03:35Second down from the 36, off play action.
03:44Ward floats it, sideline, it is caught.
03:47It's good for a first down, and it's the rookie from Colorado.
03:52It is Gunnar Helm, their fourth-round pick, out of Texas.
03:56Cherry Creek High School, about 12 miles away from here.
03:59So the two rookies connect for a 17-yard pass play that takes Tennessee into the red zone.
04:05And they're loving this tempo, especially after big plays.
04:08You can see that's an emphasis for Callahan.
04:11They're challenging this play, I believe.
04:14That is the case indeed.
04:16Sean Payton.
04:21Denver is challenging the ruling on the field of a completed pass.
04:25So let's see if Gunnar Helm went to high school not far from Empower Field.
04:31Has that catch, Dan, the first of his career.
04:35Alex Kemp is our lead official today.
04:42After review, the pass is incomplete.
04:45The third down.
04:47Mike Pereira is with us.
04:49Incomplete pass.
04:50Third down coming up.
04:50What did you see, Mike?
04:52Yeah, we looked at it.
04:53There was, you know, you take a look at the ball.
04:55You watch both hands.
04:56The ball's moving around there.
04:58Then that right hand kind of comes off.
05:00Now you re-grab it here.
05:02Kind of one of those who didn't demonstrate complete control.
05:05Very close.
05:06We thought they might stay with the ruling.
05:08But they felt there was enough movement to overturn that.
05:11Good job by Alex Singleton, who's back from a knee injury.
05:14He was draped all over Gunnar Helm.
05:17So it'll be third down and long for Cam Ward in Tennessee.
05:21Another third and long.
05:22Let's see if they can hold up in protection up front.
05:25Remember, investing in that offensive line is important.
05:28If you're going to take a quarterback number one overall,
05:31you've got to keep him upright and keep that uniform clean.
05:34Stay conservative here with a run for Pollard.
05:43From here, probably be about 50-yard field goal or so.
05:51And that is going to end up being the case.
05:53They'll go for the kick.
05:55And I can appreciate a conservative call,
05:57especially your first drive as a rookie in this environment,
06:00getting points on the road so clutch,
06:04so crucial to success and confidence.
06:07You have a negative play there,
06:09knock yourself out of field goal range,
06:11and then you're really in trouble.
06:13It'll be a 50-yarder for the newly acquired Joey Sly.
06:17New punter and holder is Johnny Hecker.
06:21Sly, who's shown off a good leg these last couple of years,
06:25gets Cam Ward his first NFL points.
06:28And he had to keep the drive alive on third down and long
06:31with a little bit of magic.
06:32This is the type of playmaking in the pocket we saw in Miami.
06:36Leads to three points.
06:40Back to NFL kickoff weekend, presented by YouTube TV.
06:46Cam Ward and the Tennessee Titans come on the road.
06:49They get three points to start their season.
06:51A lot of Tony Pollard on that drive.
06:54He had all 32 yards.
06:56Well, they're leaning on that run game and receiving game.
07:00We mentioned that in The Players to Watch,
07:02about Tony Pollard and his ability as a runner and a pass catcher.
07:05You saw Cam Ward, his quarterback coach,
07:08Bo Hardigree there, going over his first drive as a pro.
07:12Touchback Marvin Mims out to the 35 for the second-year quarterback.
07:17Bo Nix, the number 12 pick in the 2024 draft,
07:20started every game and took this team to the postseason for the next of the year.
07:27And I love his mental approach,
07:29talking about his first full pro offseason,
07:33using guys like trainers, personal trainers,
07:35and guys like Jarrett Stidham to help him
07:38with his in-season and off-season process.
07:41Remember, this is all new.
07:41You go from college to pro,
07:43and you never really get a break.
07:45So he finally got to take a breath,
07:47get away from the game,
07:48and he's focused and reinvigorated
07:50to go make another playoff run.
07:53Ready!
07:54Ready to hunt!
07:57Pass play to start the season,
07:59and a lunging attempt by Lucas Crowe
08:01on the three tight ends that the Broncos will use.
08:04He picks up five yards for this Denver offense.
08:07And they love their offensive line.
08:12They also love their tight ends,
08:14and they feel like they can do receiver by committee
08:17with Sutton, Mims Jr.,
08:19and even Dobbins out in the backfield.
08:22And don't forget, R.J. Harvey,
08:23the rookie at the University of Central Florida,
08:27he's that second halfback for Sean Payton,
08:30a classic move for him.
08:32Speaking of Dobbins, it's a fake toss to him.
08:35Nix rolling left and throwing
08:37and completing to Troy Franklin,
08:39his Oregon teammates.
08:42Nix was the first-round pick,
08:43Franklin the fourth-round pick.
08:44It's a first down.
08:46Well, Sean Payton loves the athleticism,
08:49faking the toss to a receiver,
08:51and then watch Bo Nix mechanics.
08:53This is what it's about.
08:54Turning those hips,
08:55turning that shoulder,
08:56kicking that left foot
08:57in front of his former college teammate,
09:00Troy Franklin.
09:01Those guys getting in sync.
09:02They felt like Franklin had an excellent camp.
09:05They're looking for him to emerge.
09:07You're right.
09:07That was Mims getting the fake toss.
09:09A little bit of formational trickery
09:11from Sean Payton.
09:13This is the newly acquired J.K. Dobbins.
09:16Nice job flying in to make the play
09:18by the veteran safety,
09:20Amani Hooker.
09:23This Titans defense.
09:25And you're going to hear a lot about safeties, Adam.
09:28They got three of them.
09:29Hooker, who we saw just come up and fill the run.
09:32They got Xavier Woods, who they signed,
09:34and then keeping Quandre Diggs,
09:36a steady presence for them.
09:38But the middle, the interior of that defense
09:41is their strength.
09:42And the goal, really, for this team,
09:44stop hurting themselves.
09:46Denard Wilson told us that.
09:48Wants to get Jeffrey Simmons
09:49some one-on-one pass rushes as well.
09:51Hurry, hurry!
09:52Hurry!
09:53Hurry, man!
09:55Ready!
09:55Ready, ready, ready!
09:56Extra body coming for Tennessee.
09:59Nix is rolling away from the pressure
10:00and throwing into a very tight window.
10:03And Cortland Sutton, their leading receiver,
10:06holds on and absorbs the hit.
10:08It's a first down for the 26.
10:10When we talk about growth from year one to year two,
10:14we've seen two rollouts to the left.
10:16They're breaking some tendencies.
10:18As a right-handed quarterback,
10:20much easier to throw on the run to the right.
10:22Go Nix, graduating.
10:23On the pocket this time.
10:26Lunge and grab by Adam Troutman.
10:29Back with Sean Payton now.
10:32His last few years was with him in New Orleans,
10:34now with him in Denver.
10:35Five-yard pickup.
10:38R.J. Harvey has checked into the game, Mark.
10:40It is the rookie out of UCF,
10:42their second-round pick.
10:43He's an All-American at UCF.
10:46Guy changed positions at one point in his career,
10:49came to high school as a quarterback,
10:50went to Virginia as a QB,
10:52and then transferred to UCF as a running back
10:54and became an All-American.
11:01Nix for Sutton past the stakes incomplete.
11:05Coverage that time by Legereus Sneed,
11:08now in his second year from Kansas City,
11:11coming over.
11:12Remember, he's a big physical corner,
11:15and they signed him for a reason.
11:17He missed a ton of games last year,
11:19but he's looking to get back.
11:21We thought maybe on a pitch count today,
11:23he's going to be one of those guys who's so competitive,
11:24you've got to drag him off the field.
11:26Tennessee kind of showing its hand a little bit
11:32with that hard cadence by Bo Nix.
11:35Jeffrey Simmons was a little excited there.
11:37Neutral zone infraction, defense number 98.
11:41That five-yard penalty is enough for a first down.
11:44So that was a Bo Nix cadence special.
11:48That's something that they've been working on,
11:50and that's a mistake that Denard Wilson was talking about,
11:53kind of a self-inflicted move by Tennessee's defense.
11:56Yeah, and I love the way they tagged him, right?
11:58Self-inflicted negatives.
12:01Your sins.
12:02No sinning.
12:03Adam, we've got to be sin-free out here,
12:06but I love Bo Nix.
12:07Graduating to year two
12:08and using his cadence as a weapon,
12:11drawing him offside.
12:13Tried to do it again that time.
12:17Like lockdown to two.
12:18And this time they won't get it off,
12:23so we go five yards back the other way.
12:25Delay of game.
12:26Offense.
12:27Five-yard penalty.
12:28Still first down.
12:30And there's a fine line of showing how much you know
12:32and then getting a little too cute.
12:34Graduated to the 300-level class,
12:36but was late on the first day,
12:37I think is what you're saying.
12:38Exactly right.
12:39Exactly right.
12:40And those are the huddle mechanics,
12:41the things you're trying to show off
12:42your first game at home.
12:45Understandable, but don't want that one back.
12:48Just picturing a young Sanchez in the huddle
12:50going, watch this, guys.
12:52Oh, sorry.
12:53We took too long.
12:55Tyler Bidet is the third running back.
12:57He is in for Denver.
12:59Mims in motion.
13:00They fake it to Mims.
13:02Nix looking back the other way.
13:04End zone shot incomplete for Bidet.
13:07It'll be second down and long.
13:08Well, Bo Nix started to roll right,
13:18came back left,
13:20wanted to make a throw down the field.
13:22They're off on the spacing.
13:23That's really a shot call on first down.
13:25Now, he's got to be sharp
13:27on this second and long
13:28and give me a positive play
13:30getting back into the flow
13:32of this first drive,
13:34taking what the defense gives you.
13:35Looking for a maintenance play
13:37here on second and long
13:38as Sean Payton.
13:40Extra body again for Tennessee,
13:41chasing Bo Nix,
13:42trying to get rid of it for Bidet,
13:44and that's going to end up
13:45being third and long.
13:46And if you miss on your first
13:55and long,
13:56your second and long,
13:57now you've got third and long,
13:59it's the understanding and awareness,
14:01the aerial view of the parade,
14:03if you will, Adam,
14:04and knowing you've got to match
14:05those three points.
14:07No point in taking sacks here,
14:09no point in forcing anything.
14:11I can't let a Tennessee Titans defender
14:13touch a ball here.
14:14I've got to be safe.
14:16Right now,
14:16this would be inside
14:17of a 40-yard field goal
14:18for Will Lutz,
14:19well within his range.
14:24Bo Nix,
14:25a little frustrated now.
14:27Timeout.
14:28Denver,
14:30their first of the half.
14:31Be a 30-second timeout.
14:33Well, Bo Nix,
14:34the former Oregon quarterback
14:35for a couple of strong champions
14:38in the Ducks
14:38and their stint at Auburn.
14:40We'll see the number six
14:41Oregon Ducks
14:42go on the road
14:43to Evanston.
14:44First Big Ten matchup of the season.
14:46It all starts
14:46at 10 o'clock Eastern time.
14:488 o'clock for you guys
14:49in the Mountain Time Zone.
14:52Great time zones.
14:52Live from Evanston
14:53with the big new kickoff crew.
14:55We'll have Oregon Northwestern
14:57with Gus Joel
14:57and Jenny afterwards.
15:00Understandable frustration
15:01from Nix,
15:02but they've already had
15:03a delay of game penalty
15:03and now,
15:04unable to line up,
15:05they've got to burn
15:05a first corner timeout.
15:06Well, this drive really stalled
15:08when they
15:08started hurting themselves.
15:11Kind of shot themselves
15:11in the foot
15:12a few plays in a row
15:13and a bad sequence,
15:15but this is
15:16where you've got to
15:17have a little amnesia
15:18as a quarterback.
15:19You've got to turn the page,
15:20move on,
15:21and, you know,
15:22they're even subbing
15:23a little late here.
15:24They've got to
15:24get rolling.
15:26Denver all out of sorts
15:28with their personnel.
15:29Now it's Bidet
15:30in the backfield
15:31next to Nix.
15:33Line to gain is the six.
15:34It's the four-man
15:40Tennessee rush
15:41which still gets
15:42the bone eggs.
15:43Guess who?
15:44Jeffrey Simmons
15:44blows it up
15:45and it's fourth down.
15:50Well, sometimes
15:50you've got to set up guys
15:52to avoid a double team,
15:54but Jeffrey Simmons
15:54does it by himself.
15:56He just beats
15:57McGlinchey around the edge,
15:59number 69,
16:00and they feel real confident
16:01in McGlinchey on the edge
16:03at tackle,
16:03but that's exactly
16:05what they're trying
16:06to scheme up
16:06this defensive front
16:07to do.
16:08That's the big picture
16:08of this defense.
16:10Stay stout in the middle
16:11and give your bell cow,
16:13Jeffrey Simmons,
16:14a chance to rush
16:15the passer.
16:1739-yarder for Lutz.
16:21And he answers Joey Slide,
16:23tied up at three apiece.
16:26Jeffrey Simmons
16:27coming off a third
16:28Pro Bowl season.
16:30He's been an all-pro
16:30a couple of times.
16:31Wanted to recommit himself
16:33to the rush.
16:34He did a nice job
16:35blowing up that drive
16:36to close it.
16:40Broncos had a really
16:41strong drive
16:42on this opening series
16:44for them.
16:45Drive stalls,
16:46but they get three points
16:47out of it.
16:48See Bo Nix talking with his
16:51quarterback coach,
16:51Davis Flatt.
16:52Plenty of experience
16:54in the NFL.
16:55Bounced around to different
16:56teams, has seen different
16:58offenses, different
16:59brokerage and terminology.
17:00That's invaluable
17:01for a year two QB.
17:03Now it's a short kick
17:04from Lutz.
17:05DK from the five
17:06looking for an alley
17:07and he gets it back
17:08to neutral territory
17:09at the 30-yard line.
17:13This is the number one
17:14overall pick
17:15and it's been quite the
17:16journey for Cam Ward.
17:17From zero-star recruit
17:19in West Columbia, Texas,
17:20about 50 miles southwest
17:22of Houston,
17:23to a record-setting college
17:24career at three different
17:25spots at Carnot Word,
17:26Washington State,
17:27and then last year
17:28at Miami
17:29where he ended up
17:30totaling an NCAA
17:33Division I record.
17:37158 career touchdown
17:39passes and a lot of that
17:41was pocket-based.
17:42He wants to be known
17:43as a playmaker
17:44from the pocket
17:45at the NFL level.
17:46That's why a lot of scouts
17:47felt he'd be fairly
17:48NFL-ready.
17:51Floater on first down.
17:53Tough catch was made
17:54by Chigo Conquil
17:55to tie it in.
17:56It'll turn into
17:57a four-yard gain
17:58as we check in
17:58for the first.
17:59Original games
17:59feel like they have
18:00a lot of weight.
18:01That's a big victory
18:02early in the season
18:03late from Tampa.
18:07Second down
18:07and six for Ward.
18:13Got time,
18:14got a man,
18:15and there is
18:16the first catch
18:16for Gunner Helm.
18:18The Colorado native
18:19makes the catch
18:19in front of Talanoa
18:20Hufunga
18:21for a 16-yard gain
18:22and a first down.
18:23Well, they love
18:27Gunner Helm
18:27at the tight end position
18:29for his strong hands.
18:31Only one drop
18:32in college.
18:34Runs an excellent
18:34corner route
18:35against a premier safety
18:37in this league
18:37in Talanoa Hufunga.
18:40That's going to be
18:40like a binky
18:41for a quarterback,
18:43a rookie quarterback,
18:44that is.
18:45Tight ends
18:45and halfbacks.
18:55From midfield,
18:56shot position.
18:57Cam Ward is looking
18:58for a shot.
19:00Stepping away
19:00from the pressure.
19:02Flag is thrown,
19:03though.
19:03That would be good
19:04for a first down
19:05and an 11-yard run,
19:06but we have to check
19:07the marker
19:07back in the offensive
19:09backfield,
19:10and this will come
19:10back for holding.
19:15Offense number 75.
19:19Ten-yard penalty.
19:20First down.
19:21This was a problem
19:21for Dan Moore,
19:23especially last year
19:24in Pittsburgh.
19:25The holding penalties
19:26started to get him
19:27late in the year,
19:29and he holds
19:29Jonah Ellis there.
19:31That's so true,
19:32and when you sign
19:34a veteran left tackle
19:35like that,
19:36you're expecting,
19:37for the contract
19:38he signed him for,
19:38you're expecting
19:39this guy to be
19:40one of your leaders,
19:41grade out high
19:42each week,
19:43can't afford
19:43silly penalties
19:45like that,
19:45but we did get
19:46to see Cam Ward's
19:47elite speed right there.
19:49The speed's real,
19:50and he doesn't even
19:51want to use it.
19:52Whenever he decides
19:52to be a willing runner,
19:54we know he's able.
19:55That's going to be scary.
19:59Draw play for Pollard,
20:01and that was
20:02closed out immediately
20:03by Justin Sternod.
20:06He's in there
20:07for the injured
20:08Dre Greenlaw.
20:09That's a strong play
20:10for no gain,
20:11and it's second
20:11and 20 now.
20:14That's some depth
20:14for this Denver defense.
20:16Especially the way
20:17Ellis can play,
20:1852 at linebacker.
20:20He's in his second year,
20:21but he's a chess piece
20:22and has versatility.
20:24Vance shows his love
20:25moving him around,
20:26and then Sternod
20:27stepping into play
20:28for Greenlaw,
20:29as you mentioned.
20:31That's a nasty defense,
20:32and don't forget,
20:33those guys have been
20:34together for over a year
20:36on this defensive line
20:38and offensive line
20:39in Denver.
20:39That continuity
20:40speaks volumes
20:42for this team.
20:45Off the fake.
20:46Ward being chased.
20:47Got rid of it.
20:49And not much there
20:50at all.
20:51Ellis is able
20:52to drag Oconquo
20:53out of bounds.
20:54It's going to be
20:54third and long.
20:56And the idea here,
20:57if you're the Denver defense,
20:59is continuing to get him
21:00in these third
21:01and long yardage situations,
21:02and then just get him
21:03to hesitate
21:04for just a half a second.
21:06Get him to hold the ball
21:07and create indecision,
21:10slow down his progression,
21:12and get to checkdowns late
21:13so we can rally,
21:14tackle,
21:15and let this crowd
21:16get excited
21:17for that tough
21:18Denver defense.
21:30Just a four-man rush.
21:32Flag thrown
21:33from the far side
21:34of the field.
21:34Shot downfield
21:35for Alec Iomaner,
21:37the rookie
21:37out of Stanford.
21:39Check that marker again.
21:42That might be
21:42on Moore again.
21:44In four years
21:45with Pittsburgh,
21:46he got called
21:47for 24 penalties.
21:49That's a too high
21:50of a number.
21:51Illegal formation.
21:52Offense,
21:52only six on the line
21:53of scrimmage.
21:54Penalties decline.
21:55Fourth down.
21:57This is an illegal
21:58formation.
21:59You have to have
21:59seven up
22:00on the line
22:00of scrimmage.
22:01And this is
22:02a first game issue
22:03that Brian Callahan
22:04nor his father
22:05Bill,
22:06the offensive line
22:07coach,
22:07are going to be
22:08very happy about it.
22:10Well,
22:10those are those
22:11self-inflicted wounds
22:12that you just can't
22:14have if you're going
22:15to turn this thing
22:16around, right?
22:17Turnovers were a
22:18problem last year.
22:19Leading the league
22:19in giveaways,
22:20fumbles,
22:21and interceptions,
22:21and then penalties.
22:22You're just
22:23marching in the wrong
22:24direction.
22:25Really tough
22:26to get wins like that.
22:28Johnny Hecker
22:28replaces Ryan Stonehouse
22:30as the Tennessee
22:31punter.
22:33Arvin Mims,
22:34they're not going
22:35to let him return it.
22:36He's got a signal
22:36of fair catch
22:37all the way back
22:38inside the 10.
22:39A 50-yard punch.
22:41Which sets up
22:42Bo Nix
22:43with a long field
22:44in front of him.
22:45Took this team
22:46to the playoffs
22:46in Buffalo
22:47a season ago.
22:48Inside of three.
22:54Cam Ward
22:55gets points
22:55on his opening
22:56series
22:57of his NFL career.
22:58Bo Nix
22:59was able to work
22:59a field goal
23:00out of it as well.
23:03Titans
23:03punted away
23:05after a couple
23:05of penalties
23:06against their offense
23:07now.
23:08After a good
23:09Johnny Hecker
23:09delivery,
23:10Bo Nix
23:10has to start
23:11this upcoming
23:12drive
23:12from the
23:14eight-yard line.
23:18Franchise
23:18rookie records
23:19in those categories.
23:21What do you expect
23:22from him
23:23in year number
23:24two now?
23:24I was expecting
23:25a little more help
23:26in the run game.
23:27You know,
23:27that was something
23:27they were talking
23:28about getting better
23:29at this year.
23:31That's why they
23:31have Dobbins here.
23:32That's why they
23:33drafted R.J. Harvey
23:34and remember
23:35Bo Nix
23:35he added
23:36400 plus
23:37rushing yards
23:38in the run game
23:39last year
23:39so we haven't
23:40seen much
23:40of that today.
23:42If they're
23:42going to be
23:42pass heavy
23:43all game long
23:44that's just
23:45more opportunities
23:46with footballs
23:46in the air
23:47against a stingy
23:48Tennessee defense
23:49that could be
23:50dangerous.
23:51Eight passes
23:52one run
23:52on the first
23:53drive for Nix.
24:00It's a handoff
24:01for R.J. Harvey
24:02and there's a rookie
24:03with a solid touch
24:05picks up
24:05bait.
24:09I think
24:10when you're
24:11talking about
24:11J.K. Dobbins
24:12and then R.J. Harvey
24:13you got to look
24:14at the blueprint
24:14for a Sean
24:16Payton offense
24:17whether it's
24:18Pierre Thomas
24:19and
24:20Reggie Bush
24:22whether it's
24:23somebody like
24:24Deuce
24:24whether it's
24:25somebody like
24:25Sproles
24:26I mean these guys
24:27they need
24:27the one-two punch
24:28and he likes
24:29to feed
24:29two different
24:30running backs
24:31with different
24:31skill sets.
24:32Dobbins
24:33the more
24:33downhill runner
24:34and then R.J. Harvey
24:35he's got a little bit
24:36of that flair
24:37think Kamara
24:37for somebody like him.
24:40Dobbins back in
24:41now in second
24:42fake it
24:45roll it
24:46and throw it at the feet
24:47the receiver
24:49Sutton
24:50with some pressure
24:51coming in
24:52Bo Nix did a lot of that
24:54as you talked about
24:55rolled out to his right
24:56there were a lot of short
24:57passes while he was on the
24:58move
24:58going to his right
25:00that's still a key part
25:01of what Denver wanted to do
25:03offensively last year
25:04for Nix
25:04that's why his completion rate
25:05was so high
25:06you're exactly right
25:06and when you got a quarterback
25:07who can throw
25:08on the move
25:09it's exhausting
25:10for a defensive line
25:11to know that
25:12that quarterback
25:13can launch the ball
25:14from anywhere
25:15he's not just
25:16eight and a half yards deep
25:17right in the middle
25:18of the pocket
25:18behind the center
25:19gosh this has been
25:21a problem
25:22all game so far
25:23Adam
25:23lining up
25:24substitutions
25:26Nix stepping up
25:29in a pocket
25:29has to deliver
25:30on the move
25:30and saves the drive
25:32Troy Franklin
25:33his second catch
25:35of the day
25:36and that keeps
25:36the Denver offense
25:37out of the field
25:38at the 22
25:38well watch Bo Nix
25:40just work
25:40the middle
25:41of the pocket here
25:42keeping his eyes up
25:43this is what you want
25:46in your second year
25:48being able to find
25:49answers
25:50get guys lined up
25:51at the last second
25:52everything's chaotic
25:53and you gotta be calm
25:55you gotta be the one
25:56to stabilize
25:56everything going on
25:58and own the operation
26:00make a toss again
26:03blitz coming
26:03from the other side
26:04and at the last moment
26:06just delivering
26:07trying to find
26:08R.J. Harvey
26:09and he's gonna step
26:10out for a loss
26:11of yardage there
26:12Amani Hooker
26:14brought some pressure
26:15on that other side
26:17that force Bo Nix
26:18to have to move
26:19to his left
26:19and we talked about
26:20those three safeties
26:21on defense
26:22Xavier Woods
26:2325
26:23Quandre Dix
26:2428
26:24and Amani Hooker
26:2637
26:27when you have
26:27versatility
26:28and position
26:29flexibility
26:30like that
26:30you have no problem
26:32firing one of those
26:33guys off the edge
26:34and sticking them
26:34on the quarterback
26:35Nix throwing
26:45towards the middle
26:46and there's Quandre Dix
26:47who fires up
26:48and delivers a hit
26:49on Evan Ingram
26:50and it's back-to-back
26:52plays for those guys
26:53just a merry-go-round
26:54with that three-headed
26:55monster
26:56watch Dix
26:57play in center field
26:59and then breaking
27:00on this ball
27:00from the opposite side
27:02that's
27:05that's picture-perfect
27:06textbook
27:07safety play
27:09Denard Wilson's
27:10gonna put that
27:11on the teach tape
27:11for next offseason
27:13third at medium
27:17pressure coming
27:18got picked up
27:19Nix delivered
27:20short of the sticks
27:21and it was gonna be
27:22a tough grind
27:23to try to pick up
27:24the first down
27:25for Marvin Mims Jr
27:27it's gonna be
27:29fourth down
27:30Nix
27:30maybe indicating
27:32that he wants
27:32to go for it
27:33or he thought
27:37it was enough
27:38for a first down
27:38one or the other
27:39but a punt unit's
27:40coming on
27:40to some restless
27:41boos from the
27:42Bronco crowd
27:43does Payton
27:48want to challenge
27:48the spot here
27:49what his first
27:58challenge on that
27:59gunner helm
28:00would be catch
28:01so he has two
28:02remaining
28:03he'll use one here
28:04see where that
28:08ball ends up
28:09you see it
28:10kind of
28:10almost break
28:12the plane
28:12of the 32-yard line
28:14this is with
28:15the unofficial line
28:17it is a first down
28:18there is no challenge
28:19by Denver
28:20so again
28:21that's an important
28:21note from Alex
28:22Kemp
28:23you take the
28:23challenge away
28:25replay assist
28:26is going to be
28:27used
28:28for many more
28:29things this year
28:30than it has been
28:31the last couple
28:32of years
28:32so that was an
28:33expedited review
28:34this
28:35takes more
28:36objective calls
28:38that the replay
28:38booth can see
28:39and overturn
28:40calls on their own
28:42that also allows
28:43coaches to not
28:45have to use
28:45or burn
28:46as many challenges
28:47and it makes
28:48the process
28:48go a little
28:49faster
28:49I think that
28:50was exactly
28:50what they're
28:51hoping for
28:52that was
28:52quick
28:53and expedited
28:54that's what
28:55we want
28:55incorrect
28:56fresh center downs
28:59for Knicks
29:00and it's a
29:00handoff
29:00for Harvey
29:01short gate
29:05on the plate
29:05running into
29:06James Lynch
29:06which 90 seconds
29:12for this opening
29:12quarter
29:13worked on his
29:20mechanics in the
29:20offseason
29:21did Bo Nix
29:22worked with Drew
29:24Breeze
29:24and Sean Payton
29:25quarterback
29:26obviously
29:26Super Bowl
29:27champ
29:27worked with Tom
29:28House
29:28the former
29:29major league
29:29pitcher
29:29to work on
29:31his stance
29:31and arm
29:31delivery
29:32trying to deliver
29:37on the move
29:37here to
29:38Cortland Sutton
29:39they hold on
29:40there's a flag
29:41thrown
29:41it's a catch
29:42in Tennessee
29:43territory
29:43we'll check
29:45that marker
29:45as well
29:46holding
29:49offense
29:50number 74
29:5110 yard penalty
29:52second down
29:53that's the left
29:54guard Ben Powers
29:55who gets tagged
29:56with a holding
29:57penalty that's
29:57going to negate
29:58what was a pretty
29:59impressive catch
30:00by Cortland Sutton
30:01there's a hold
30:05right there
30:05you see it
30:06and it's so hard
30:07for those guys
30:08up front
30:08to know
30:09when the quarterback
30:10is going to break
30:10like that
30:11it's their job
30:12when they feel
30:12those defensive
30:14linemen
30:14pulling away
30:15they got to
30:16disengage
30:16immediately
30:17and avoid losing
30:19even more yards
30:20now we got second
30:21and extra long
30:22once again
30:23just to get back
30:24on track
30:24type situation
30:25and a chance
30:27potentially
30:27for this
30:28Tennessee Titans
30:29defense to push
30:30them even farther
30:31back
30:31in their own
30:32territory
30:33makes roll out
30:37to his left
30:37away from the
30:38arm side
30:39floats downfield
30:40dangerous pass
30:4150-50
30:42ball is taken
30:43away
30:44by Roger McCreary
30:45an off-platform
30:58throw
30:59we saw him
30:59complete a couple
31:00balls to the left
31:01and this one floated
31:02a little too much
31:03but don't forget
31:04who Roger McCreary
31:05is
31:06I mean he played
31:07outside cornerback
31:08in college
31:09and rookie year
31:10all 17 games
31:11he played outside
31:13corner
31:13so he's no stranger
31:15to going up
31:15and high-pointing
31:16a football like this
31:17this is his third
31:18year at nickel
31:19and he's really
31:20adjusting
31:21to fitting on the
31:22run
31:22but he still has
31:23those traits
31:24as an outside
31:25corner
31:25big turnover
31:27for Tennessee
31:28momentum swing
31:28and great field
31:29position for
31:30Cam Ward
31:31at the 46
31:32and a start
31:35with a handoff
31:35for Tony Pollard
31:36and into Denver
31:38territory
31:39go the Titans
31:39offense
31:40Pollard
31:46coming off
31:46a third
31:47straight
31:47thousand
31:48yard
31:48season
31:49the hope
31:51is that he
31:52along with
31:52this offensive
31:53line
31:53be able to
31:57give some help
31:58to the number
31:58one pick
31:59Cam Ward
31:59in the run
32:00game
32:00he's got his
32:09hands on his
32:09hips
32:10very casual
32:12much like the
32:13personality that
32:14Cam Ward showed
32:14us
32:15very even
32:15keeled
32:16cool and
32:16calm
32:17and a 3-3 tie
32:20through this
32:21opening quarter
32:22McCreary has
32:23the pick
32:23on Bo Nix
32:25to set
32:26Tennessee up
32:26we'll start

32:47lost to the
32:48Super Bowl
32:49was a Nebraska
32:50head coach
32:50for a long
32:50time
32:51just five
32:52carries
32:52for just
32:53two yards
32:54of pop
32:54so far
32:55for this
32:56offensive line
32:58and running
32:58game
32:58try to keep
33:02it going
33:02here
33:02that's a good
33:03run by Pollard
33:04for first down
33:05right on cue
33:05and right on cue
33:07running the trap
33:08play down the
33:08middle
33:09listen this is a
33:10Bill Callahan
33:11staple
33:11he's going to
33:12have so many
33:12different runs
33:14for this defense
33:15and so many
33:15different presentations
33:17of runs
33:18and you've got to
33:19sort through it
33:20he's a mastermind
33:21and well respected
33:22around the league
33:23he was my
33:24offensive line coach
33:25my first few years
33:26in the NFL
33:27and those run checks
33:28are something
33:29that's a long
33:30list
33:30that you've got to
33:31be ready for
33:32and be ready to
33:33check plays
33:34to get yourself
33:35in a good run
33:35but he's a master
33:37at finding space
33:38in a defensive front
33:40and exploiting it
33:41you've got to stick
33:42with the run game
33:42chew up the clock
33:44help your rookie
33:45quarterback
33:45speaking of
33:48chewing clock
33:48Tennessee
33:49their first
33:50for the half
33:51took a long time
33:52to get the play in
33:53so a timeout
33:55used
33:55you've also got to
33:57deal with some
33:58growing pains
33:59as a rookie
33:59sure
34:00like raising a child
34:01we say it every year
34:02you're going to tell
34:03them not to touch
34:04the stove
34:04you're going to tell
34:05them exactly
34:06what you're expecting
34:07and they might fall
34:08short a couple times
34:09they might burn
34:09their fingers
34:10but that's part
34:11of the growth
34:12process
34:12and that's what
34:13makes it fun
34:14that's what makes
34:14it exciting
34:15for viewers
34:16and for coaches
34:17it gives them
34:18a little more
34:19gray hair
34:19it makes it tough
34:22well Cam played
34:24in a wing team
34:25offense in high school
34:26so he didn't throw
34:26a lot
34:27in high school
34:28so that's why
34:29that recruitment
34:30process
34:30wasn't popping
34:31for Cam Ward
34:32I think he comes
34:34in with a little bit
34:34of a chip on his
34:35shoulder
34:35already four for seven
34:37so he's got a lot
34:38of things to prove
34:38as a passer
34:39at this level
34:40he's excited
34:41to give it a shot
34:41here's a nice chess piece
34:43Chimray Dekay
34:44the rookie
34:44out of Florida
34:45by way of the
34:46University of Wisconsin
34:47he runs it for nine yards
34:49they're going to use
34:50Dekay in a lot
34:51of different ways
34:51and I think they're
34:53going to try to use
34:53a lot of these new guys
34:54in a lot of different ways
34:55Brian Callahan
34:56so it's got to be
34:57a receiver group
34:58by committee
34:58they have some
34:59legitimate veterans
35:00namely Calvin Ridley
35:02who hasn't had much
35:03action today
35:04but Van Jefferson
35:05veteran
35:06Tyler Lockett
35:07veteran
35:07and then some
35:08of these young guys
35:09got to help out
35:10and make themselves
35:11known
35:12start contributing
35:12offense number 70
35:14five yard penalty
35:15second out
35:16that's the veteran
35:17Kevin Zeitler
35:18just kind of stared
35:19up at the heavens
35:20to go really
35:21in year number 14
35:22it's so uncharacteristic
35:24of him
35:25he's like an iron man
35:26been playing this game
35:27a long time
35:28and when you look
35:29at him
35:29from your scouting lens
35:31I mean this guy
35:32was put on earth
35:33to play guard
35:34in the National Football League
35:36he's stout
35:36he's strong
35:37and normally
35:38a dependable player
35:40a little mishap
35:41there
35:41Cam Ward
35:47trying to direct
35:48Oconquo and Ridley
35:50Oconquo in motion
35:56handoff for Pollard
35:58that ball comes out
36:00and it's grabbed by Denver
36:02and Brandon Jones
36:03he's going to have a
36:04let's see what the ruling is
36:06initial look
36:07seems to be a turnover
36:08Tony Pollard
36:18in the
36:18mass of humanity
36:20right there
36:21there's the scrum
36:22and there's the hit
36:23by Hufunga
36:24I mean talk about a heat
36:26seeking missile
36:27he knows
36:29to slap a Rydell helmet
36:31right on those laces
36:33of the football
36:34that's why they acquired him
36:36Adam
36:36more to come
36:37tie game
36:38eyes on Hufunga
36:42right there
36:43he's a heat seeking missile
36:45but more importantly
36:46it's the off the charts
36:48instincts that he presents
36:50the violence
36:50he plays with
36:52the leadership
36:53the calm
36:54in the third level
36:55of the defense
36:56that really stabilizes
36:57that unit
36:58they're thrilled to have him
36:59and he's making his presence
37:00known immediately
37:01already named a captain
37:03this week
37:04in his first year
37:05with Denver
37:05so the team's trade
37:07turnovers
37:07and from the 32
37:08is where Bo Nix
37:09and Denver take over
37:11on the out route
37:16looking for Franklin again
37:17and in front of
37:18Darryl Baker Jr.
37:19short game
37:20actually about five
37:22to the 37 yard line
37:25Darryl Baker
37:25he's going to have to play
37:26a little bit
37:27normally the third
37:28cornerback
37:29but with LeJarius Sneed
37:30coming back
37:31from that injury
37:32remember he was only cleared
37:33like 18 days ago
37:35or something
37:36they're making sure
37:37he's in playing shape
37:38the altitude here
37:39is legit
37:40scientifically
37:41and mentally
37:42for these guys
37:43so you know
37:44they don't want to
37:45wear out their guy
37:45they need him
37:46for the long haul
37:47so expect to see
37:48Baker Jr.
37:50Jumbo set here
37:51extra offensive line
37:52but it's Alex Palczewski
37:54for Denver
37:54they'll run it
37:56with Dobbins
37:57and not a whole lot there
37:59he gets tumbled down
38:01by Sebastian Joseph Day
38:02and Jihad Ward
38:04third down and medium
38:07coming up
38:07listen this is where
38:19we're going to see
38:19a little blitz package
38:21from Denard
38:22Wilson
38:24the defensive coordinator
38:26with Draymond Jones
38:27number 45
38:28Arden Key
38:29and then
38:30Jeffrey Simmons
38:31Sebastian Joseph Day
38:33those guys got to make
38:34some moves
38:34and get
38:35Simmons
38:36a 1-1
38:37just a 4-man rush
38:39and an incompletion
38:41from Knicks
38:41looking for
38:42Tyler Bidet
38:44their third down
38:45back so far
38:46after the solid gain
38:48on first down
38:49nothing else doing
38:50for Denver
38:51both sides struggling
38:57offensively
38:58after trading
39:00those turnovers
39:00not being able
39:02to capitalize
39:02on those
39:03that's really
39:04how you shift momentum
39:05not just getting
39:06the turnovers
39:06but points off turnovers
39:07are paramount
39:08rookie Jeremy Croshaw
39:11the only punter
39:12drafted
39:13this year
39:14will kick to a fellow
39:15rookie in DK
39:16guess what
39:17they were college
39:18teammates
39:19at Florida
39:19last year
39:20pretty cool
39:21you get to see
39:23your college buddy
39:24in the NFL
39:24fair catch
39:26and he pins
39:27his fellow Gator
39:28with a 53-yard punt
39:30inside the 10
39:31opening Sunday
39:35in the NFL season
39:37we're in the mile high
39:38shooting
39:38Randy Gratishar
39:44was the only other
39:45defensive player
39:46of the year
39:46in the history
39:46of the Denver Broncos
39:48until Pat Sertan
39:49the second
39:50won it last year
39:51despite the lower
39:54number of targets
39:55he still ended up
39:57with four interceptions
39:58to lead the team
39:59gets to wear that shield
40:01right in the front
40:01of the jersey
40:02that gold shield
40:03is one of the players
40:03of the year
40:04in the NFL
40:05this Denver defense
40:07has Sertan
40:08on the near side
40:09against Ridley
40:10Pollard on the run
40:12this is key right now
40:13for Tennessee
40:14to try to get
40:15a first down
40:15he'll pick up
40:17about six
40:18so a good run
40:18for Pollard
40:19and you mentioned
40:19Pat Sertan
40:20the reigning
40:21defensive player
40:21of the year
40:22in his gold shield
40:23but he affords
40:24Vance Joseph
40:26so much freedom
40:27as a defensive
40:28play caller
40:29because he can erase
40:30a receiver
40:31and his job
40:31is to erase
40:32Calvin Ridley
40:33the stud receiver
40:34out of Tennessee
40:36both of them
40:37Alabama
40:38Crimson Tide
40:38products
40:39never played
40:40against each other
40:40this is their
40:41first time
40:42but essentially
40:43defense can be
40:4410 on 10
40:45because you just
40:46eliminate those
40:47two players
40:47that's how confident
40:49they are
40:49in passing 10
40:50Hufunga on a blitz
40:52and brought down
40:54his power
40:55by Nick Benito
40:56who they just
40:56extended
40:57on Thursday
40:58to a big time
41:00contract
41:00over 100 million
41:01they're sending
41:03two off the edge
41:04and Benito
41:05just happens
41:06to beat Hufunga
41:07there first
41:07any sooner
41:09he might take
41:09that hand off
41:10and go the other
41:11way
41:12but
41:13Gunnar Helm
41:15the tight end
41:16missed both of them
41:17off the edge
41:19that's about
41:21150 million bucks
41:23right there
41:23Benito
41:24and Hufunga
41:24two strikes
41:25on one pitch
41:26from my man
41:26Gunnar Helm
41:27that's a tough start
41:28there
41:28but those are
41:29elite players
41:30off the edge
41:30now you got a
41:31raucous crowd
41:32and a rookie
41:33quarterback
41:33trying to get
41:34a first down
41:34on the slant
41:37at the sticks
41:38it was caught
41:39by Alec
41:40Io Manor
41:41the rookie
41:42they're gonna rule it
41:43a catch
41:44against Riley Moss
41:45the defensive back
41:46it's good enough
41:46for a first down
41:47excellent job
41:49by the six foot two
41:50200 pound rookie
41:52Io Manor
41:53holding it
41:53and will there be
41:55a challenge flag
41:56thrown for a spot
41:57potentially
41:58or an expedited
41:59review
41:59there's a flag
42:06thrown
42:06before the snap
42:07Denver has
42:08challenged
42:09the ruling
42:10on the field
42:10of a first down
42:11so Sean Payton
42:13has won a challenge
42:14already
42:14he's tossed
42:15the flag again
42:16but that challenge
42:17got negated
42:18due to expedited
42:18review
42:19already a third
42:20time
42:20that he's throwing
42:21the challenge flag
42:22and he's challenging
42:23the spot
42:24of this catch
42:25and on this one
42:27it's pretty close
42:29to that 18 yard line
42:30we'll see what the
42:31ruling is
42:32on the other side
42:33Sean Payton
42:37with a good challenge
42:38he's already thrown
42:39it a few times
42:40today
42:40he's got one
42:41challenge left
42:42Riley Moss
42:43broke to the ball
42:44the ball
42:44was not past
42:45the 18 yard line
42:47and Io Manor
42:49was tackled
42:49so it's fourth down
42:50Johnny Hecker
42:53will have to punt
42:53it away
42:54and a boomer
42:57to help
42:58flip the field
42:59inside the 20
43:00goes Mims
43:01but he's got
43:02some room
43:03a 65 yard punt
43:06and a solid return
43:07out near the
43:0735 yard line
43:08in fact Hecker
43:09was the one
43:10that chased him
43:11out of bounds
43:11and is fired up
43:13after that 65 yard
43:14boot
43:14would have tied
43:17his season high
43:18last year
43:18we got a big week
43:21coming up next week
43:22on Fox
43:22it's all going to
43:23lead up to the
43:24Super Bowl rematch
43:25Eagles and Chiefs
43:26we've got a plethora
43:27of eight games
43:28in the one o'clock
43:29window two
43:30divisional match
43:31of Giants Cowboys
43:32Ben Johnson
43:33returns to Detroit
43:34as the head coach
43:35of the Chicago Bears
43:36we'll have Aaron Rodgers
43:37home debut
43:38for the Pittsburgh Steelers
43:40as DK Metcalf
43:41faces his old team
43:42all leading up
43:42to the Super Bowl
43:4459 rematch
43:45next week
43:45on Fox
43:46I'm excited for that week
43:47but I'm also excited
43:49to see Evan Ingram
43:50I read so many articles
43:52about the guy
43:52all offseason
43:53I haven't seen him
43:54until now
43:55Evan Ingram
43:57gets brought down
43:58on that first down
43:59catch by Cedric Gray
44:00picks up six
44:01got a little dicey
44:04there trying to hold
44:05on to it as well
44:06well right on cue
44:08I forgot to mention
44:09I'm plugged in
44:10to the Denver Broncos
44:12headsets there
44:12with Sean Payton
44:14calling plays
44:15but whatever you got
44:16to do
44:16to get your guy
44:18the football
44:19I mean I was shocked
44:21he didn't really touch it
44:22in the first quarter
44:23now let's see this guy
44:24make an impact
44:25now he's in there
44:28to block
44:29on this run play
44:30by Harvey
44:30and he'll take it
44:32close to the stick
44:33so it'll be third down
44:34and very short
44:35saw Ingram make a catch
44:37off the deck
44:37and now add himself
44:38into the running game
44:39last three years
44:41with the Jacksonville Jaguars
44:42but dealt with injury issues
44:44last season
44:45and he ends up signing
44:47a contract with
44:48his Denver offense
44:50he's hoping to be
44:51a key piece for Payton
44:52third and short
44:54quarterback sneak
44:55initial indication
44:56is good enough
44:57for a first down
44:58for the top side
44:58of him
44:59not in shot position
45:13here
45:13between the 40s
45:18maybe between the 45s
45:20this kind of feels
45:20like a spot
45:21to take a deep shot
45:22and these are
45:22one of those opportunities
45:23in year two
45:24where the coordinator
45:25should feel more comfortable
45:26in your ability
45:27to throw the ball
45:28downfield
45:29and then check it down
45:30when it's not there
45:31they'll start
45:33with a first down one
45:34they went eye formation
45:35that time
45:35with a fullback
45:36and add a practice
45:37now it's second down
45:39at nine
45:40Brownlee comes up
45:41for that stop
45:42Brownlee
45:46that's an interesting story
45:48from last year
45:49remember he had to play
45:50because Awuzie went down
45:51Awuzie now in Baltimore
45:53so he's playing opposite
45:54to Lataria Sneed
45:56Brownlee wearing 29
45:57but he competed
45:58hard last year
46:00and was thrown
46:01in the fire
46:01as a rookie
46:02fifth rounder
46:03not expected
46:03to play
46:04learned a lot
46:05made plenty of mistakes
46:07trying to clean up
46:08the penalties
46:08but he did earn
46:10the trust
46:10of his defense
46:11Knicks
46:13he's looking deep
46:14downfield
46:15lost the ball
46:16as he banged
46:17into Simmons
46:18and Tennessee
46:18may have it
46:19Joseph Day
46:20is on top of it
46:21and Jeffrey Simmons
46:23makes the impact
46:25physically
46:26we just mentioned it
46:33Adam
46:33a shot called
46:35is not a shot taken
46:36and you gotta understand
46:38how much time
46:39is on the shot clock
46:41you can't
46:42take that much time
46:44and let Jeffrey Simmons
46:46come and wreck this game
46:48that's a Cardinal sin
46:49for a year two player
46:50getting his one-on-one
46:52matchup
46:52that we mentioned
46:53I mean that was
46:54perfect
46:55for Tennessee
46:56now it's their turn
46:57big time play
47:01from the
47:02Pro Bowler Simmons
47:03remember with that
47:08turnover
47:08here
47:09mile high
47:10I mean
47:10you're already in
47:11field goal range
47:12basically
47:12we're inside the 40
47:15Ridley in motion
47:18gets the screen pass
47:20and nothing there
47:22Ridley their leading
47:24receiver last year
47:26has been very consistent
47:27wherever he's gone
47:28not much on the
47:33perimeter there
47:34will be second down
47:34at night
47:35and it was the same
47:36thing for Ingram
47:37with the Broncos
47:37identical
47:38flipping it to the
47:40Titans offense
47:41where's Ridley been
47:42we need him to catch the
47:44ball he's your number one
47:45he's your ace
47:45when you're the best player
47:47on the team
47:48and that's your first target
47:49this deep into the second
47:50quarter
47:50you got some questions
47:52and concerns
47:53my best player's got to show
47:54up I can't put their face
47:55on a milk cart
47:56and Ward on second down
48:03with a pass
48:04past the sticks
48:05and it's secured by
48:07Alec Io Manor
48:08in front of Riley Moss
48:11he makes the catch for 10
48:12and they love his raw talent
48:15and ability
48:15coming out of Stanford
48:16he's a willing blocker
48:17they're expecting him
48:19to make some noise
48:20in the run game
48:22and then when he can add
48:23these kind of catches
48:24after having some drops
48:25in his college career
48:27if he can overcome that
48:28there's a high ceiling
48:29because he's got legit speed
48:314-4 on the edge
48:32big body
48:32I think he could be
48:34a prototypical boundary receiver
48:35as a rookie
48:37there's Pollard
48:42great head of steam run
48:43and had it not been
48:44for Hufunga
48:45tripping him up
48:46he may have ended up
48:47with a first down
48:47or maybe more
48:488 yards for Tony Pollard
48:51who is such a key
48:52for this Tennessee offense
48:54you're seeing more gap trapping
48:55they want to get bodies
48:56in front of Pollard
48:58because they love
48:59his vision
49:00and how he can get downhill
49:01he's a smaller body guy
49:03and he can hide behind
49:05those linemen
49:05and then make you pay
49:07with one quick cut
49:08we saw it there
49:09almost scampered
49:10for a big one
49:11he's already got 11 touches
49:12for 60 plus yards
49:14here's touch number 12
49:16and another good one
49:17for a first down
49:19and some power
