After a manic transfer window, Ryan is here to give us the low down on which teams he thinks have done the best business
Transcript
00:00Who has had the best transfer window this season?
00:02In the Premier League, I've gone with my top three.
00:04In the number three, I've actually gone with an underrated shout here.
00:07Now, hear me out.
00:08Manchester United have actually made decent business.
00:11While their results don't look great,
00:12and they've obviously been beaten by Grimsby,
00:15you would say that their signings are actually hitting the ground running.
00:18Brian Emberma and Mateus Cunha are genuinely very good signings,
00:21and they're already important for Ruben Amorim.
00:22But when it comes to United,
00:23they were actually let go of players that are once considered toxic.
00:26Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojland and Anthony are all departed.
00:31Benjamin Szczesko is still early days.
00:34But based on the recruitment, I've got to say they are all genuinely improvements.
00:38In at number two, and it's Everton.
00:40And everyone thought that Pep Guardiola killed Jack Grealish,
00:42but it seems so Moyes and Everton just has a reason to revive him.
00:46And to be honest, I think the Kiernan-Jewsbury Hall is a fantastic signing as well.
00:50Gives that little bit of creativity and stability in midfield.
00:53Some shrewd business and a new look.
00:54I think Everton are genuinely really, really up there for this season's ones to watch.
00:58And at number one, it has to be the £443m record-breaking signings of Liverpool.
01:05Alexander Izak, Florian Wurtz, Hugo Ekotike, Jeremy Frimpong, the list goes on.
01:10The ones they've brought in are certainly representative of what Arna Slott wants to play.
01:13And we all know Slott machine worked perfectly last season.
01:16Hugo Ekotike looks a smart signing and he's already hit the ground running in front of goal.
01:20They're lethal now to pretty much the entire football world.
01:23My honourable mention though, Sunderland.
01:25I couldn't leave these guys out of this video.
01:27They've spent £183.4 million on 15 different players.
01:32Including the likes of Granit Xhaka, Simon Odinger and players with serious Premier League experience.
01:36Teams have been coming up and going straight back down and the gap was starting to fall.
01:40Sunderland, I am watching you.
01:41OK.
01:54Now there's something we've seen.
01:59Now, what we view on this side is create for you.
