00:22a lot of like um in the sporting world and I think um I so like throughout it all I think
00:29that story built up quite a lot and I think throughout it all I always just tried to like
00:35you know I said at the time I always tried to say the right things to myself and the right
00:38things outwardly and I tried to have the best attitude possible and be the best example and
00:42um I probably uh underestimated like at the time how much people appreciated it or how or how well
00:50thought of it was um yeah I was I was just really touched by what a um a popular sort of journey
00:58and story that it that it had become because you you kind of get lost in your own bubble a little
01:02bit you know every week every week I got close to the finish line and I was I was I was right there
01:07but then you know it didn't quite happen and then for me it was like um it was a build on the positives
01:12reset from the the negatives that didn't happen learn from it go again and and I was very open about
01:17at talking but I I didn't quite realize how uh many people sort of um that it affected
