00:20We have seen in the past notable prominent audit or companies or rating agencies under scrutiny
00:31because the lack of integrity, the complicity with the excesses, purely because of greed.
00:43And as we have experienced in many of the financial scandals in the past, including the infamous
00:501MDB, it could not have happened without the complicity of auditors, internal auditors
00:57and international financial institutions.
00:59We must take this as a challenge and save our society and nations from these transgressions.
01:12So, we have therefore to understand what systems oversight is all about.
01:20The need to act, prevail with transparency, accountability and trust, because these are the foundations
01:33that allow institutions to endure, particularly when tested.
