00:00Next up, the hit collaboration, Apathy of Blackpink's Rosé and Filipino-American star Bruno Mars won a Song of the Year at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.
00:11The trophy was received by Rosé at the UBS Arena, which she highlighted in her speech that she dedicated it to her younger self and to loyal fans who stood by her throughout her journey.
00:21To recall, Apathy was released last October 2024. Meanwhile, K-pop girl group Blackpink was also awarded as the best group, while Blackpink member Lisa also took home best K-pop for her track Born Again.
00:35Top honors of the night went to Lady Gaga as Artist of the Year and Ariana Grande with Video of the Year for brighter days ahead.
