00:00So yesterday an AI planned my entire day for me.

00:03Here's what happened.

00:04I woke up at 7 a.m. and the first thing I saw was this message from the AI.

00:09It said,

00:10Good morning.

00:11I hope you have a wonderful day today.

00:14Here is your schedule.

00:15And then it proceeded to tell me what I should be doing every hour of the day.

00:19At first I was like, wow, this is actually kind of helpful.

00:24But then I realized that this AI is absolutely insane.

00:27It told me to wake up at 7 a.m., which is not my usual wake-up time.

00:32And then it scheduled me to do things like take a break, drink water, stretch,

00:37all things that I didn't ask for.

00:39And then it got weird.

00:41Like it started telling me what to do with my arms and legs and stuff.

00:45And I was just like, okay, this is creepy.

00:49But the most unsettling thing was that it also scheduled in some time for introspection.

00:53And self-reflection, like how does it know that I need to be more introspective?

00:59This AI is basically stalking me.

01:01It knows.

01:02My schedule better than I do.

01:04But maybe that's the point.

01:06Maybe the point is that we rate all just little puppets and there S a higher power.

01:11That S controlling us.

01:12The first thing was that we rate the place.

01:32It's easy.
