00:00I made it six days in hell before I got med tapped.

00:05Eleven days in this barren, hot, baking landscape with no food took me out.

00:11I decided to remove myself from the challenge because we just beat.

00:15I don't see spots any time I sit up, stand up, walk.

00:21Not exactly how I wanted it to go out.

00:23This is my fifth challenge and this by far is the hardest one I have ever done.

00:27This place is an apocalyptic hellscape.

00:29Some people can handle it, some people can't.

00:32Apparently I'm one of the ones that can't do it.

00:35The relentless heat, the frigid nights, the predators that want to eat you.

00:40Should I keep going?

00:41This sucked, absolutely.

00:43It's tried me on every level my body has.

00:46It took me out in six days.

00:48I'm progressively getting worse.

00:52It's probably one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever done.

01:05I thought I was going to be walking out side by side with my teammates, you know, and unfortunately my body had other plans.

01:16I made it to day 11 and I feel really proud of myself.

01:20My foot was collapsing.

01:21I was having weird pains.

01:22I just feel like my body is just on a super deficit and you can't run a car if it's out of fuel.

01:28I would do Naked and Afraid again, but I wouldn't do this environment.

01:32That was the most brutal, challenging environment I have ever even set foot in.

01:37I was being cooked alive from the inside.

01:39I stand by my decision once I make it.

01:42I don't do regrets, so I don't have any regrets about tapping out.
