Song: Noah and the Ark
Music, Lyrics & Voice: AI

[Verse1]
Upon a world, with evil overgrown,
Where every thought was wickedly sown,
God’s heart was grieved, with sorrow deep and true,
And planned to wash the sin-filled earth anew.

But Noah, righteous, blameless in his time,
Walked faithfully with God, a blessed climb.
The Lord saw favor in this one lone man,
And whispered to him a salvific plan.

[Verse2]
“Build an ark,” He said, “of gopher wood,
With rooms inside, as I have understood.
With pitch, both in and out, the vessel seal,
Against the flood my judgment will reveal.

Two of every kind you shall receive,
And enter in, and by my promise live.”
So Noah built, though years went on and on,
Believing in a flood he'd never known.

[Verse3]
He did exactly as the Lord designed,
And left the mocking, sinful world behind.
Then forty days and nights, the waters fell,
While fountains of the great deep broke and swelled.

The ark was lifted, safe upon the waves,
From the vast flood that all of nature bathed.
For one long year, they weathered storm and drift,
A world submerged, a final, cleansing gift.

[Verse4]
Until a wind from God began to blow,
And slowly did the swollen waters go.
A raven sent, and then a searching dove,
The final one returned with branch of love.

Upon the mountains of Ararat, they rest,
A new creation, after nature's test.
God said to Noah, “Now come forth and spread,”
And animals and humans onward bred.

[Verse5]
Then Noah built an altar, gave his praise,
And offered sacrifice on new-born days.
God smelled the pleasing scent and vowed within,
To never curse the ground for human sin.

He made a covenant, with all on earth,
And gave the rainbow, proof of its great worth.
The mighty bow of war, now arched with light,
A silent promise shining ever bright.
