00:09Talk to Dada G. Tell him.
00:10Hi, Dada G. Hi, Dada G. Hi, Dada G. Our flower's gray.
00:14Hi, Dada G. Our flower's gray.
00:19I have little, little ants in it.
00:21That is the orbital wall to the plot.
00:39Wait, wait, wait, wait. On the bottom like this.
00:42So if you hit it up like that, it will break it.
00:45So you have to go underneath like that.
00:49Okay. Yeah? Inside? Yeah, that's better.
01:09Hello, Assalamu Alaikum. That is me and this is my grandson called Yusuf.
01:13Yusuf and his sister, as you can see, she is called Hafza.
01:19They had this project. I have given them a plant of this pumpkin.
01:24And they are the one who are giving the water.
01:28This is my son, Mehta Abusen. Of course, he is taking some of the film as well.
01:33And this was the project for the kids.
01:37And they very happily actually watered them as well.
01:41This is a plant of tomatoes. We got a few flowers here and there.
01:45And of course, I have given, as I said, a plant to them to see if they can look after them.
01:54They have been giving water to the plant and looking after the plant as well.
02:00And of course, time to time, they were being filmed by the son.
02:05Mother Abusen, they are showing me how far it is going.
02:09As you can see, it grew very well.
02:12And you have seen the, of course, the fruit of it as well, pumpkin.
02:19There we are. Quite good.
02:24And we have actually taken one or two for cooking as well, which I am going to show you in a minute.
02:31And mind you, it is only one plant. It really grew well.
02:36And it can tell that you can grow some vegetables in the UK if you are a little bit keen for doing something.
02:46And quite a few families do that, especially the ladies at home.
02:51If they are from the background of a vegetable, I am sure.
02:57This is, of course, you can see a shakrakhandi here, sweet potatoes.
03:02We didn't grow that. We just poured that.
03:04But anyway, the one which we brought, we cut that into half, as you can see.
03:09We can make a halwa out of that as well.
03:12But my wife decided to cook that as a vegetable.
03:16So we cooked that. It is very tender.
03:20So she even thinks you do not have to take the skin off too.
03:26They are actually growing.
03:30They are very, very small at the moment.
03:32Well, still, they are about, weigh about a kilo each.
03:36They are not that small either. But still, they are very tender.
03:40And they are very nice to look at it.
03:43Even there are seeds. You know, you call char mugs.
03:46You can actually eat these seeds as well.
03:49If you dry them and break them.
03:52And inside, nuts.
03:54Anyway, this is the cooked one.
03:56As you can see, it looks very lovely.
03:58And it's very tasty too.
04:00And of course, it depends which way you like to have it.
04:06If it is a little bit older, you can make halwa out of that as well.
04:10Enjoy it.
04:13Hoda Hafiz.
