07:09operating while impaired the other charges are dropped she's sentenced to 180 days in jail

09:52it's rammed it into my car already it was the driver of the buggy's brother apparently they had

10:16all right come on you start 29 for a head injury for the driver the man in the horse and buggy is 21
10:33year old Nathan Miller and when the horse lurched forward and hit the police car it caused a huge
10:39wooden speaker to topple down on his head EMS was called and confirmed that Miller hadn't suffered
10:46a serious injury he refused further medical treatment have any of you ever driven the horse
10:51no I'm just saying that sometimes you can't control the horse I'm just saying that when you're sleeping
10:58was he sleeping oh he's passed out cold we're running the siren I'm banging on the side of the
11:03buggy beer in there he's drunk as there's beer still in there I didn't know I wasn't home I didn't
11:09know he was doing anything so that's understandable are you good with him have a seat
11:15oh he gets in and hits his head the horse and buggy was turned over to the brother who was already on
11:30scene I didn't know this bizarre incident or traffic stop would turn into a such a crazy ride
11:39Miller was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated he pled guilty was given 180 days
11:46probation in order to pay $5,246.71 in restitution
11:54our next intoxicating moment gives new meaning to the phrase crash at my place
12:05according to police 59 year old Patricia Smith has driven home from a night out her arrival is loud
12:22enough to wake her neighbor who goes outside to find this in her share a driveway
12:28so she calls police to report the damage what happened here tonight what'd you see I didn't see
12:40anything I was in bed sleeping okay and then I was awakened maybe that's when she hit the house
12:46but then my car alarm started going off okay went to call you guys and she was oh you're calling it
12:52in on me I'm like yeah we'll see if we can check on her police approach the house to talk to Smith
12:58and notice the substantial damage to the exterior
13:02hi sheriff's office hi what happened are you okay I'm good thank you okay no your cars you ran into
13:17the neighbor's car here what the whole yeah your whole apartments caved in
13:23how much have you had to drink tonight I drank earlier but yeah okay but now I yeah no I don't don't do
13:42that to me now because it's like really yeah no that's fine it's pretty far from fine police suspect
13:50Smith is intoxicated and crashed her car into her own house so they administer a breathalyzer test

15:08but what officer Michael Kruger of the Roselle Police Department saw while on patrol one cold January
15:17night was pretty far from your standard DUI when officer Kruger saw 54 year old Mary Ann Christie driving south on
15:31Roselle Road he didn't hesitate to pull her over she had a 15-foot tree wedged into the grill of her car
15:40when the officer approached Christy's car to ask her about the tree he discovered her airbags had been deployed
15:51Christy said she'd struck the tree somewhere in her hometown of Schaumburg about four miles away but
16:00couldn't remember exactly where she was arrested and charged with DUI and operating an uninsured vehicle
16:13Schaumburg PD located the site of Christy's tree crash and later issued her multiple traffic citations
16:19Christy pled guilty to DUI and was sentenced to one year of court supervision
16:24and our number one intoxicating moment answers the classic question why did the chicken cross the road

17:21respond to assist 47 year old Jason Pinch who is reportedly having an adverse reaction to psychedelic
