00:00Today we are going to make a Ramsey Blue Tartan kilt with a full process from fabric to the finished kilt.
00:05First we begin with all the essentials like Ramsey Blue Tartan fabric, leather straps, metal buckles, thread, scissors, measuring tape, and a sturdy sewing machine.
00:14In the first step we take a tartan fabric and measure carefully to fit the customer's waist and length.
00:20Precision cutting makes sure the checks and lines of the tartan stay straight and aligned.
00:30Then we cut the fabric and make a front apron and pleats.
00:48Once the apron and pleats are ready they are joined together with a strong waistband.
