世界最大の双発機である777-9は、オクラホマ州で63日間にわたる厳しいブレーキ試験を完了しました 🌪️。試験中に117本のタイヤが交換され、チームは強風や雹、嵐の中で24時間体制で作業を行いました。  👉 次の課題は、最終認証に向けて濡れた滑走路や氷上でのテストです。

00:27We definitely face a lot of challenges when we're testing remotely.

00:31Sometimes that can look like just a lot of unpredictability

00:35and having to readjust the plan constantly.

00:37So for brakes testing, a lot of spare tires, spare brakes, axles,

00:41anything related to the landing gear

00:43because that's what we're putting the most stress on for the testing.

00:45We face a lot of weather-related challenges, especially here in Oklahoma.

00:49Occasionally we'll have to plan evacuations due to severe weather.

00:53We usually operate 24 hours a day, two shifts of 12 hours.

00:59We're in constant communication with design engineers back in Seattle

01:03and we have our logistics teams back there ensuring that we have support 24-7.

01:10The team that we have to support us on remotes, they're really critical to helping us accomplish the testing really efficiently and safely.

01:17The best thing about being on remote is when you're here

01:20Everybody has a singular focus, everybody's on the same page.

01:25You feel as much of a team as you'll ever feel in a flight test program.

01:29Every team member that's been part of this program has worked 100% on making sure that this program succeeds,

01:37that the airplane performs as we expect it so that we can provide a safe product for our customers and for passengers.
