00:25during their third song rocket queen frontman axel rose noticed a fan taking several photos of him
00:31rose then asked security to deal with the fan and confiscate the camera but since they were too slow
00:37for him he took matters into his own hands he jumped off the stage and attacked the fan after
00:44taking the camera rose struck members of the audience and the security team and had to be
00:49pulled out of the audience by crew members rose then grabbed his microphone and said well thanks
00:55to the lame ass security i'm going home he slammed his microphone down on the stage and left
01:00the rest of the band also left the stage saying we're out this infuriated the audience which set
01:07off a three-hour riot in which dozens were injured rose was subsequently brought to court but was
01:14acquitted because the audience was deemed aggressive and security had failed to follow several instructions
