---
Lindsay Davis is a global leader, ecosystem builder, and changemaker at the forefront of advancing women’s health through technology, innovation, and strategic collaboration. With a career spanning multicultural advertising in the United States, global leadership in luxury brand management across 25 countries, and now visionary entrepreneurship in Asia, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale industries, transform narratives, and empower communities.
As the Founder and CEO of One Bee Consulting, based in Singapore, Lindsay advises leading brands on loyalty, customer experience, and strategic partnerships. Yet it is her pioneering work in women’s health technology that truly defines her as an Icon of Change. In 2021, she founded the FemTech Association Asia, the first and largest industry network in the region dedicated to improving women’s health outcomes through innovation. Today, the Association represents more than 80 companies across 10 countries, driving policy advocacy, investment opportunities, and knowledge-sharing in an often underrepresented field. In 2025, she expanded this mission by launching FemTech Spain, reinforcing her commitment to global collaboration and inclusivity.
Her leadership has gained international recognition, from being named to the Singapore 100 Women in Tech List, to winning the Most Inspirational FemTech CEO (APAC Insider Awards) and being featured on the Women of Wearables list of 200 Trailblazing Leaders in Women’s Health and FemTech for three consecutive years. Lindsay has been honored by Tatler, APAC Insider, Health Tech World, and Community Business Awards, among others, underscoring her position as one of the most influential women in the sector.
Beyond recognition, Lindsay’s impact is deeply practical. Commissioned by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP), she conducted a landmark study on Southeast Asia’s FemTech ecosystem, offering critical insights and recommendations to drive transformational change. She continues to shape the field as a contributor to the Milken Institute, a guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore, and as an advisory board member for organizations dedicated to advancing global health equity.
Her earlier career, including her tenure at Quintessentially in the UK, where she spearheaded global expansion into 25 countries and oversaw 60 offices worldwide, illustrates her exceptional capacity to scale organizations with vision.
