With a career spanning multicultural advertising in the United States, global leadership in luxury brand management across 25 countries, and now visionary entrepreneurship in Asia, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale industries, transform narratives, and empower communities. As the Founder and CEO of One Bee Consulting, based in Singapore, Lindsay advises leading brands on loyalty, customer experience, and strategic partnerships. Yet it is her pioneering work in women’s health technology that truly defines her as an Icon of Change. In 2021, she founded the FemTech Association Asia, the first and largest industry network in the region dedicated to improving women’s health outcomes through innovation. Today, the Association represents more than 80 companies across 10 countries, driving policy advocacy, investment opportunities, and knowledge-sharing in an often underrepresented field. In 2025, she expanded this mission by launching FemTech Spain, reinforcing her commitment to global collaboration and inclusivity.
