00:00um the keying was terrible uh there were four people in front of me who just couldn't do it
00:06they tried to use their mobile phones but there's no phone signal i got that the numbers on each
00:15key is faded and worn so i put in what i thought was my full registration number and i left out
00:22one digit got a 70 pound fine on the 1st of may which i appealed on the 6th of may to no advantage
00:32at all i felt so angry so angry because i had done nothing wrong except leave out one digit
00:39that's all the machine was responsible definitely because they're so old and they're not kept in good
