02:26That is, Andhra Pradesh will be the logistics hub on East Coast.

02:30On West Coast, Maharashtra, Gujarat are there.

02:34On East Coast, there is no alternative, except Andhra Pradesh has to pick up.

02:41Reason is very simple. This is ideally situated location.

02:45I am requesting you create a policy, you guide me, I am prepared to adopt it.
