Imagine a world where dinosaurs never went extinct and instead evolved side by side with humans. How would our history, technology, and daily lives be shaped by giant creatures walking among us? Would humans ride raptors instead of horses, or build towering cities designed to withstand the presence of massive herbivores and predators? This thought-provoking scenario explores survival, adaptation, and the fascinating possibilities of a shared world between mankind and dinosaurs. #WhatIf #Dinosaurs #Evolution #AlternateHistory #JurassicEra #ScienceFiction #HumanVsDinosaur #PrehistoricWorld #DinosaursWithHumans #FuturisticScenario

00:00Did you know that 75 million years ago, our planet had more than one intelligent species?
00:06Because of the asteroids, we became the only intelligent species.
00:11But what if it happened differently?
00:13What if some of the most ferocious species survived?
00:17Welcome to the channel.
00:19And today I will tell you a story about how our life would be different if the dinosaurs evolved alongside humans.
00:26Imagine that there were no asteroids.
00:29Our Earth was still inhabited by all kinds of sauropods, triceratops, and other species.
00:35And in addition, everything would be exactly the same until suddenly someone invents the first weapon.
00:41The first primitive stone axes appeared around 2.6 million years ago.
00:47It's believed that they were used for protection against predators,
00:50and that they helped our ancestors win wars with other species of ancient people.
00:55But this era is shrouded in mystery.
00:58Historians cannot say exactly what kind of people used the stone axes and why other more advanced species didn't appear.
01:06One theory suggests that there was a powerful civilization in those days,
01:10but then a great cataclysm happened and it disappeared from the face of the Earth.
01:15Perhaps it was the Anunnaki who destroyed this civilization.
01:18They are said to be an alien race that once visited our planet and tried to subjugate its inhabitants.
01:26Scientists believe that it was the Anunnaki who taught our distant ancestors to make tools.
01:32Well, or maybe it was just a coincidence.
01:34If the ancient people met the dinosaurs, they would have been utterly defeated.
01:40However, if our ancestors somehow managed to defeat them,
01:44they could use the dinosaurs' skeletons for their own purposes.
01:47This would lead to the fact that the bones of dinosaurs would become raw materials for weapons,
01:53and the saber-toothed tiger, armed with a club made of dinosaurs' shinbone, would look quite impressive.
01:59But the most interesting thing is that there are many stories about real dinosaur bones being used as weapons.
02:07For example, there is such a legend among the Lakota tribe.
02:12Long ago, a great flood engulfed the entire world.
02:16Only a few managed to escape.
02:18The water receded, and the survivors began to divide the land among themselves.
02:24He lived with his grandfather and dreamed of getting his own territory.
02:28At that time, the hero of our story was still quite young.
02:32But when it was his turn, he heard a voice saying,
02:35Take only as much land as you can walk around in one day.
02:39The young man thought it wasn't a big deal.
02:42However, when he started moving around the perimeter,
02:45he realized that the voice belonged to an evil spirit.
02:49The hero of the story ran as fast as he could,
02:52but the sun began to set quickly, and soon he would be left without any land.
02:57Then he saw a huge dinosaur bone in front of him.
03:01Seizing the opportunity, the man climbed up and continued running.
03:05In the morning, he returned home with a huge piece of land,
03:09and the evil spirit got nothing.
03:12Similar legends exist among other tribes.
03:15So could the ancient people really use the dinosaur bones as weapons?
03:18Yes, and not only weapons, but also armor.
03:23However, let's imagine that humanity won a decisive victory over the dinosaurs
03:29and completely exterminated them.
03:32In this case, people would have been waiting for another serious test.
03:36When the asteroid struck the Earth, it caused terrible fires everywhere.
03:40In addition, a cloud of dust rose into the atmosphere, which led to a global cooling.
03:48These factors caused the extinction of most species, including the dinosaurs.
03:53But it would be wrong to assume that the asteroid was the main reason for the extinction.
03:59It played a huge role, of course.
04:01But the main reason was that the dinosaurs simply did not have enough food.
04:06Plants that could have saved them died out along with the rest of the species.
04:09Some scientists even suggest that it was the birds that became the direct descendants of the dinosaurs
04:16that saved our planet from a complete ecological catastrophe.
04:21After the asteroid impact, they began eating the seeds that remained on the ground,
04:26thus helping the plants to recover.
04:29If a person had to survive in those days,
04:31he would have to learn to grow plants and domesticate animals.
04:35But what if instead of developing agriculture,
04:37people decide to engage in hunting?
04:40Imagine a man armed with a spear trying to hunt a Tyrannosaurus.
04:44The outcome of this battle is obvious.
04:46Even a herd of mammoths wouldn't stand a chance against such a predator.
04:50So our hero would have to invent traps.
04:53The hunter could lay a trap for the T-Rex, for example,
04:56by throwing in prey that the dinosaur would eat and then get caught in a net.
05:01But even in this case, the chances of success would be very small.
05:05And don't forget that dinosaurs weren't just huge monsters.
05:09Among them were herbivorous species that could pose no danger to humans.
05:14And that means that our hero would have to invent a completely different trap for each type of dinosaur.
05:20In general, hunting dinosaurs would be similar to fishing,
05:24except that instead of a fishing rod, you need to prepare a whole ambush.
05:28However, such adventures would not last too long.
05:32The dinosaurs would quickly eat all the plants and destroy the ecosystem.
05:36And after that, they would die out anyway.
05:39But what if some of the dinosaurs still survived,
05:42but not because they ate all the plants,
05:44but because they learned to cultivate them?
05:47That would be pretty cool.
05:48Let's imagine that these are the same birds descended from Velociraptors.
05:54They're smart and cunning.
05:56So they managed to tame some species of ancient horses and create whole herds of cavalry.
06:02Over time, the birds become more and more like people.
06:06They begin to wear clothes and build houses.
06:09But at the same time, they remain excellent riders.
06:13Perhaps the birds would become our allies.
06:15Imagine that a war is raging between the birds and the ancient people.
06:20Suddenly, a detachment of Velociraptors appears in the sky and begins to attack the enemy from above.
06:27That would be a pretty spectacular sight.
06:29The birds would become indispensable in any war,
06:32and perhaps they would even help us defeat the mammoth.
06:35By the way, they could ride the mammoths, and that would be pretty funny.
06:38But what if the birds were not allies, but enemies?
06:42Perhaps they would attack the ancient people just like the Velociraptors
06:46attacked the inhabitants of the Jurassic Park Research Center.
06:49In that case, we would have to protect ourselves by building high walls around settlements.
06:54We would have to hide behind them during the day,
06:57and at night we would sneak out to hunt wild animals.
07:00But don't forget that the birds aren't just vicious predators.
07:03There are many herbivorous species among them,
07:05and some of them can hardly be called birds at all.
07:08For example, the ostrich can kick you to death,
07:11and the emu has powerful sharp claws.
07:14So I think that in those days, no one would want to have a bird as an enemy.
07:19But what if we could domesticate the birds?
07:22In fact, it would be much easier to domesticate them
07:25than large animals like mammoths or horses.
07:28Birds are quick to please,
07:30and you can quickly get a pet that would protect you from any enemy.
07:33In addition, dogs descended from Velociraptors
07:36Velociraptors would make excellent guards.
07:39They would be much smarter and more agile than modern dogs,
07:42and no thief would dare to enter the house where the Velociraptors live.
07:47However, training such a dog would be much more difficult.
07:51After all, they are predators by nature,
07:53and simply won't listen to the owner if they feel like attacking someone.
07:57And you can't put a muzzle on a dinosaur,
08:00unless, of course, it's a small chicken.
08:03But even it would...
08:03In short, having domesticated the Velociraptors,
08:07we would forever remain dependent on them.
08:09But even it would peck you to death if you upset it.
08:13Now, imagine that the Velociraptors didn't just survive,
08:17but became the dominant species on the planet.
08:19At some point, we have to retreat and hide in the mountains,
08:24where we slowly begin to die from hunger and cold.
08:28Suddenly, a flock of birds flies over our camp.
08:31Maybe it's a detachment of Velociraptors who came to finish us off.
08:36But wait, they're bringing us food.
08:39Apparently, they want to negotiate peace.
08:42Our people are saved.
08:43But what if the birds offered us a different deal?
08:46Well, they say to us,
08:48we won't kill you if you give us your women.
08:50Such treachery is not uncommon in the animal kingdom.
08:53And the birds would have every right to do this.
08:56After all, we ourselves are partly responsible
08:59for the death of their relatives.
09:01So our women would have to spend the night in nests with birds,
09:05and in the morning they would return to us.
09:07But this deal would last only a few months.
09:11Soon, the birds would begin to demand our men.
09:13But let's imagine that history took a completely different path.
09:18What if it was the mammals that became the dominant species
09:21and completely ousted the reptiles?
09:24This would never have happened in reality,
09:26since the dinosaurs were reptiles.
09:28But in our world, everything can happen.
09:31Let's say that the mammal-like dinosaur gave birth to a monster with fur,
09:36and it kicked off the evolution of mammals.
09:38That would mean that the woolly mammoth could easily defeat the saber-toothed cat.
09:44And instead of the lions, tigers, and bears,
09:46there would be giant moose and camels.
09:49The biggest problem for such creatures would be finding food in winter.
09:53Perhaps that's why they would quickly die out.
09:55In general, the idea of a dinosaur coexisting with humans is fascinating.
10:00In fact, the dinosaur skeleton could have been used as a material
10:04for building houses and creating weapons.
10:07They could also become our allies and help us fight other species.
10:10But don't forget that there were many ferocious predators among the dinosaurs.
10:15So, you better have a strong shelter and a dinosaur pet
10:18that could scare away any intruder.
10:20In short, living with dinosaurs would be like living next to nuclear power plants.
10:25On the one hand, you could use their energy,
10:27but on the other hand, you would have to fear for your life.
10:30And how do you feel about the idea of living in a world with dinosaurs?
10:35So, let's be glad that it was the asteroid that destroyed this world
10:38and allowed us to become the masters of the planet.
10:41Which side would you choose?
10:43Leave your thoughts in the comments.
10:45And that's all for today.
10:47See you later.
