Un raro dipinto dello street artist Banksy, ispirato a una famosa tela del pittore scozzese Jack Vettriano, è stato venduto per quasi 4,3 milioni di sterline (oltre 5 milioni di euro).

Soprannominato "Crude Oil (Vettriano)" e "Toxic beach", il dipinto e' stato battuto da Sotheby's a Londra. Il cantante cantante dei Blink-182, Mark Hoppus, ha detto di voler donare parte del ricavato alla ricostruzione di Los Angeles dopo gli incendi e al supporto dei cittadini in difficoltà.
